Fantastic experience: Saw Daniel Chen and he was fantastic. He explains how the muscles work and why they get sore. He doesn't just give you stretches to do. Definitely recommend.

I was a skeptic about physios because of previous experience, but the team here are very knowledgeable and they are determined to get to the root of any issues. They took the time to listen when I discussed my injury and explained what they were doing with various exercises, tests and treatments during my appointment. In addition, their customer service is super welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend to anyone.

I went after a knee injury, which for me was a painful experience filled with a lot of uncertainty, Neil made me feel supported and the work he did on my knee was spot on, I felt safe knowing that I was in the best of hands and I left every session feeling positive about my recovery. Neil helped me last year during my pregnancy and Zenai’s remedial massages have treated me for a range of back, neck and jaw issues. I had a nasty head injury and he took the necessary precautions to make sure my post concussion symptoms weren’t major and just needed more time to naturally go away. He ensured my condition was being treated appropriately and was very thorough. His transparency is unmatched in his field. After seeing him twice he was honest about me not needing to come back, unless I really felt the need to or if something was still bothering me in a couple of months. Highly recommend Neil, also awesome facility with a small weight room area.

Other reviews talked about Neil's approach to clients and this attracted me (even though I'm skeptical of reviews). I have to say that all the good comments about Neil are true.
