My first experience with Cure and Care, Yamani in particular, was when my sister was visiting from the UK and was in considerable hip and back pain having been travelling for the best part of 2 months. She was having regular shock wave treatment in England and asked me to find a physio that offered shock wave treatment. I came across Cure and Care by googling shock wave treatment and I have to say I am really pleased I did. After my sister first visit with Yamani recommended Laser treatment for my sisters current condition. After the first treatment my sister was able to stand up straight and her pain had dramatically reduced. My sister was extermley impressed with Yamani's expertises and care. Since my sister has returned to England myself and my husband have both utilised Cure and Cares services. My husband for his back. He was doubled over in pain and couldn't walk properly. After his first treatment of Laser Therapy he was upright and his pain was almost gone. He was amazed. I broke my ankle and required surgery. I had been in a moon boot for over 12 weeks and had very limited movement in my ankle and muscle wastage in my calf. I had been advised by physio's suggested by my GP that I would probably require 3 months of physio. I am pleased to say that after 3 weeks of Yamani's care and laser therapy I am nearly back to normal. It is amazing. Both myself, my husband and sister highly recommend Cure and Care.

Fantastic experience: I visited Australia on holiday and, through a friend’s recommendation, I booked an appointment with Yamini. I had been struggling with my right arm for over a year — I couldn’t fully straighten it, it was painful, and I often experienced numbness at night. After carefully listening to my history and conducting a thorough assessment, Yamini treated me using dry needling, IASTM, and trigger point release techniques. The results were amazing. After just three sessions, the numbness completely disappeared. After five sessions, I was able to almost fully straighten my arm, and it now feels very similar to my left side. Yamini is highly professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. She explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the treatment process. I’m truly grateful for her help — she made such a big difference in such a short time. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an experienced and caring physiotherapist.
