Supple Clinic - Be Smart Get Supple

Fantastic experience: Great service. A multitude of services available. I have tried other chiropractors closer to me but l keep returning to supple Clinic.they have off street parking. It is worth the 20 min drive even though l have a Chiropractor 5 min. From home.

Fantastic experience: Found the customer service always very helpful and friendly, the venue is clean with excellent facilities and Brendan's physiotherapy treatment was highly effective. Ample car parking with good access.

Negative experience: I was treated by Rodney, after three visits I am feeling worst than when I first went in. After the third visit I could not turn my head right the next morning. I made the decision to try another clinic til, I can get in to see my usual chiro. I went here because my local chiro was unable to see me at this time. Bernie never made me feel this bad after 3 visits. Not sure about the other physicians there, cant comment. I definitely dont recommend Rodney. I am sure you would be doing multiply visits, with little progress. It may be a case of locking patients in for multiple visits.

Fantastic experience: Three words: Angela De Conti. My first remedial with Angela was amazing. She was able to identify issues with my muscles and provided treatment and advice within a one hour session. 1. I had a pinched nerve in my lower back (from one of the cheap and nasty Chinese massages in Arndale shopping centre) and after Angela worked on it i could already feel the pain relief. 2. I started running for a couple of months now and was developing shin splints. Angela advised it was my running form and after turning my feet inwards I could feel an improvement. 3. My shoulders weren't flexible and Angela gave me a stretching technique to do every day. It was an awesome session, and was well above my expectations. Will continue to work with Angela on a consistent basis.

Fantastic experience: The staff here are wonderful. I've been here a few times to fix various issues with my body. Brendan is fantastic, and my family all come here for their varying needs. Highly recommend this clinic for being able to get you back on your feet and having mobility back.

Negative experience: Would not recommend having a massage from Angela. Too much talking, where are her social cues to understand if a person is wanting a massage they're wanting to relax!! The surface chit chat is NOT relaxing. The room was freezing, she pressed hard where I specifically asked her not to then didn't press hard in areas that did require it! It's far too expensive Go elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: I have been visiting Brendon since 2020 and he has changed my life completely for the better. His remedial massage coupled with acupuncture and cupping have transformed me. Very knowledgeable, understanding and very helpful. Do yourself a favour and give him a visit.

Negative experience: Receptionist was super rude and unhelpful. I had a family member who visited this place whose first language is not English. The receptionist made her feel uncomfortable the entire time and continuously belittled her in front of other patients. She left the clinic embarrassed and refusing to go back. I think the staff here should be more professional and better trained to deal with those who don't primarily speak English. I WOULD NOT recommend this place to anyone.

They want you to leave from your visits with the skills to help yourself maintain a healthy life. I have experience wonderful improvements in mind as well as body from their chiropractic treatments, acupuncture and advice.

Fantastic experience: I started with Mr. Rodney supple -but after 4 or 5 session , I did not felt better or my condition did not improved. However , my condition changed after seeing Mr. Brendon Supple. He is a kind , caring physiotherapist with a very good knowledge of acupuncture as well. He listen concerns and always wants to know more from the patient like us so to know how he can help . He is super busy but when the time comes for your servicing of the ailment -he gives his best with the different modalities involved. He also included cupping , acupuncture, joint mobilisation and other to help patient ease the ailment. He has got positive aura and good intelligence so people like us feel well answered and cared. Many thanks for his service and caring nature .Not to forget the reception team , they also well deserve to be applauded and a true asset of the office. Also , not to forget the staffs who help doing the ultrasound therapy and always made comfortable on the treatment. Well done Brendon Supple and the team !

Fantastic experience: Can't thank the team @ Be Smart Get Supple enough. We've taken both Alexia & Harvey (as early as 6 weeks old) to see Rodney who uses Chiro, Osteo & Naturopathy to improve body & digestive function. He diagnosed Harvey with gluten and lactose intolerance about 4 months ago and the improvement since then has been incredible. From hardly sleeping & in discomfort, Harvey is a much happier baby on his GF LF diet... and sleeping through most nights Highly recommend to all parents, especially those with colicky babies.

They accommodated me at such late notice and squeezed me in because I was in so much pain. I found him excellent. Very professional and I felt very comfortable with the treatments he applied and further suggested. He knew what I had done and needed just by looking at me! I was very happy to have been recommended to go here and I will recommend it to my friends and family. Next visit is already booked!

Negative experience: Burnt my wife under the heat lamp. They will tell you a massage is an extra $95 up front you will get 2 minutes from him for $70. He was rude arrogant. He pumps as many people as possible through his business.His brother was a wonderful healer. Don't waste your money there. Complaining to the chiro association.

Fantastic experience: Excellent Physio and Chiro service. I tweaked my neck reverse parking my car on a Monday morning. I was in pain and couldn't even turn my head to the right! Brendan squeezed me into his busy schedule the same day and within 24 hours of the injury I was out of pain and able to turn my head pretty smoothly again. Friendly and very knowledgeable. Highly recommended.
