Fantastic experience: A big thanks to Jordan who helped my recover from very bad shin splints. He accessed my conditions and planned a recovery and strength training. Took only week for me to recover and a big thank you for reviewing my running plans and advising me on runs and mileage. Hit a PB, couldn't have done a Syd Marathon without his help. Fantastic experience: I was a patient at Westmead Physiotherapy Services for just over a year. I was very fortunate to have Ben looking after me. He was very friendly, polite, caring, warm, professional and always ready to listen to my problems. I really enjoyed my visits to him. I had a badly fractured left shoulder which was frozen. With Ben’s hard work and mine, I now have 90% use back. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly also. I would thoroughly recommend Ben to anyone who needed Physio. 10 out of 10 for me. Fantastic experience: We took our 4 month old daughter to see Jimmy for her asymmetrical head shape from birth. Jimmy patiently examined her and demonstrated stretches and exercises gently. The consultation was carried out in a relaxed, efficient and informative manner. You can tell that Jimmy cares about his patients and has a lot of experience working with babies. This is a much more valuable visit compared to another paediatric physiotherapist we saw elsewhere, who told us everything will sort itself out and didn’t teach us any exercise to improve the condition.

Negative experience: My experience here was a bit different from what I was looking for. The focus seemed to be more on exercise-based rehabilitation rather than hands-on manual treatment. Personally, I prefer a more hands-on approach with some guided exercises to do at home. While the physiotherapy style didn’t quite suit my needs, the receptionist was lovely and very welcoming. Overall, this clinic might be a good fit for those who prefer an exercise-focused approach with education, but it wasn’t quite the right fit for me. I defiantly need a hands on physio, less talking more manipulation :)

Fantastic experience: It’s been almost a year since I survived a high-speed car crash caused by a drunk driver. One of the major injuries I sustained was a pelvic fracture that required surgery. Jordan Glover has been my physiotherapist since the beginning of my recovery, and he’s been absolutely instrumental in my healing process. He’s guided me through every phase - from using crutches to regaining strength, balance, endurance, and functional mobility. Jordan is exceptionally dedicated, knowledgeable, and supportive. I’m incredibly grateful to have him as my physiotherapist and can’t recommend him highly enough. A big thank you also to the friendly and welcoming reception staff at the practice - your kindness always makes a difference.

Fantastic experience: We had Westmead Private physiotherapy Services start rehab with our son after a motor vehicle accident in 2019. He was 7 years old and needed specialist care within the physiotherapy realms. Tenielle was appointed to him and did an amazing caring empathetic job, whilst still managing to get the best possible gains for him. Not only was our son affected but our family was too, as well at the time his 3 years old sister. All staff were very sympathetic and inclusive of her needs whilst Paddy’s physiotherapy was in process. Not only our children’s needs were considered but the reception staff would always be considerate and concerns of both myself and wife’s needs. We Owe them all a very big thank you and our gratitude for all they did will last a lifetime Thank you

Fantastic experience: From day one, Ben has created a clear and realistic rehab plan that was tailored specifically to my needs. Each session was focused, well-structured, and progressively challenging in all the right ways. What stood out most was Ben’s ability to push me just enough to make progress without ever compromising my comfort or safety.

Negative experience: Completely a waste of time and money. Does not recommend to use. Had two babies at WPH. The quality of their service should be free because it adds no value. The physio I met was Shraddha Khanwalkar for inpatient. They send debt collector to harass you without sending you the invoice. Go use a proper physio even though they cost more.

Fantastic experience: Jordan helped me through pre and post surgery for prostrate cancer. I am sure that with his guidance my recovery was made easier and with all the information and tools he gave me, made my recovery less daunting. I would highly recommend Westmead Private Physiotherapy to anyone in the same position as I was.

Fantastic experience: I cannot praise this practice enough. From reception to being treated by Julian and Cameron my experience was outstanding. I had suffered from a blocked feeling in my ears and balance issues which contributed to breaking my ankle. Being in my 60s and having osteoporosis, balance problems make such an impact. I’d been treated by doctors with antibiotics to little avail and had never even heard of vestibular physios! I was frustrated waiting to see an ENT. From the moment these physios started testing me, providing exercises and performing manoeuvres to clear my inner ear my life changed. I cannot recommend them enough for their thorough attention to detail and treatment together with an understanding attitude.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly customer service and the post-natal exercise classes were excellent to help me to recover/rebuild my strength. It's wonderful that we're provided with the option to continue through zoom a few times a week which works great for a busy mum's schedule. Looking forward to continuing in 2024. Negative experience: Extremely unwelcoming and rude customer care. The receptionist Karen is extremely rude. Not at all happy with the service provided by Dr Samantha!

Negative experience: Worst customer service, we had appointment today with Samantha Khanna and we where 5min late due to unexpected traffic so we called them to inform we are running late and we will reach in 5 min, The response was unwelcoming and rude, and asked us to book new appointment next week, Later while returning home again we received a call from them and said it is a "WARNING" and in future if you cant attend we will charge you... "Thanks we dint attend your practice today and will never do again" or recommend. Physio is unlike from medication and its about inner feeling and energy that you provide to your clients. Best wishes and hope you guys improve and provide positive feeling to your customers

Fantastic experience: Have been here both times for two different injuries And I have had Samantha both times and she’s incredible, makes me feel so comfortable and is so caring especially when your in pain. I’d recommend anyone and everyone to her.

Fantastic experience: The main physiotherapist I had was absolutely fantastic! Walking me slowly back through my recovery. At first it was covered whilst I was in hospital and first came home. Then I cannot remember how many times there is a small Gao to pay on top of the Health Fund rebate. In hospital you get whoever you get. Once your out of hospital you get to see the same person.

Negative experience: Very disappointed with Ms Kim Nguyen. She Tried to take the frame out from the patient even she saw the patient in pain and told the patient to take the hand of the frame. Rude. She wouldn't left the fram in the patient room if she needed it urgent for other patient also. LACK Of MORAL staff.

Fantastic experience: Professional, personal and knowledgeable. I broke my foot/ankle and Developed CRPS. Without the expertise of Daniel, I would not have recovered so completely, and have full use of my foot again.
