Fantastic experience: I took my 16-year-old son, who is an NP1 soccer athlete, to see Anjel, and I couldn’t recommend him highly enough. Anjel was incredibly thorough in his assessments and took the time to get to the root cause of the problem, rather than simply providing a bandaid fix like some other physios we've visited. He gave my son practical exercises that specifically addressed his individual needs and helped him incorporate them into his daily routine so he can stay strong, active and avoid future injuries. What I really appreciated was how easily Anjel explained everything, particularly the way muscles work, how they are activated, and how the brain communicates with the body -concepts that can be difficult to understand, especially for a teenager! He was attentive, genuinely listened, and asked the right questions to get to the source of an issue. I was also really impressed by the enthusiasm and passion he showed for his field when explaining these things to both me and my son. I would highly recommend Anjel to anyone, but especially to athletes. His knowledge and approach was great. Thanks Anjel!
