From day one, he’s taken the time to really listen to what I’m feeling and clearly explain the treatment plan, which immediately put me at ease. Not only has my leg pain significantly improved, but his support and guidance have also helped reduce the anxiety I was dealing with because of the injury. That’s meant just as much to me as the physical progress. I feel more confident in my recovery after every session. Fantastic experience: I was originally a bit skeptical about how much physiotherapy actually worked, but I have completely changed my mind after coming here and being treated by Jessica. After just one session of treatment and learning some appropriate exercises, my shoulder pain which I have been dealing with for years, completely went away. After the second session, Jessica was honest and advised that I probably don't need any more sessions as my problem had been resolved. However, I am still keen on coming back anyway as Jessica is so sweet and helpful, and every session here has been such a pleasant and beneficial experience.
