Quantum Therapy Sydney

Fantastic experience: I couldn't recommend Quantum Therapy more highly. 2 months out from my first marathon, I had an injury that threatened the whole year's worth of training. Their incredible team treated not just the pain, but the cause of the injury, and how to prevent it happening again. I spent most of my time getting stronger, fitter, more capable and more knowledgable about the sport of running. Video analysis, technique correction, race preparation advice, strength training programs, and apps to make the process easy and actionable. Big Picture. So I ran 42.2km pain free, smashed all my goals, and can't wait for the next race. Brilliant.

Fantastic experience: I thought I was going to have to give up rowing after 30 years. I had been treated by several practitioners for recurrent back pain and referred nerve pain in my leg, but none of them were able to make a material difference, BUT Matt has got me back in the boat, and able to sit down again, and stronger than I have been for a long time. So excited! He analysed and diagnosed the problem, and understood what I wanted to achieve with sport. He gave me the knowledge to allow me to help myself. And he pushed me, which was exactly what I needed. I thoroughly recommend him and the practice.

Fantastic experience: The team at Quantum are the best in the business! Knowledgeable, thorough, and highly-experienced. I've been seeing Matt for 15+ years and I can't recommend him highly enough. I went in for a DEXA scan and a VO₂ max assessment, and I was blown away by the level of care and expertise Matt provided. His knowledge is exceptional, and it really showed in the detailed discussions we had about my results and overall health goals. Matt takes the time to explain everything clearly, which made the whole process both informative and reassuring. The clinic’s location in the Sydney CBD is super convenient, especially for quick DEXA assessments during a busy day. If you’re looking for a physiotherapist who combines cutting-edge technology with genuine care and deep expertise, I can’t recommend Matt and Quantum Therapy highly enough!

Fantastic experience: Nathan is a godsend. Landed in country after a long international flight and my knee was so swollen I could barely walk. I was in alot of pain and feared that I had an injury and wasn't sure if continuing to walk around was safe. The team at Quantum was great and got me right in for an appt. Nathan assessed the situation, helped get the swelling down and gave me instructions on how to care for my knee. I got set up with a follow up appt. two days, after which I was back to walking normally with mild discomfort. Can not recommend the team at Quantum highly enough!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Matthew while rehabbing an ACL injury and honestly couldn’t be happier with the care I’ve received. From day one, they’ve been super supportive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me recover properly. Each session is not only therapy based but educational to where I’m at in the rehab process, and they always take the time to explain things in a way that makes sense. I never feel rushed, and it’s clear they actually care about getting the best outcome—not just ticking boxes. Look forward to every session and strongly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Matt is an absolute genius physio. Fantastic experience: I come to see Phil every week and honestly, I wouldn’t go to anyone else. He’s hands-down the best massage therapist I’ve ever had! He is always spot-on with what my body needs. I walk in sore or stressed and leave feeling completely reset. It’s become a non-negotiable part of my weekly routine. Highly recommend him… although I’d be a little sad if he gets too popular, haha! Phil’s already super busy and clearly in high demand (for good reason!).

Fantastic experience: Matt is the best physio you could ever hope for. Over the past 15 years he has helped me fix my ankles, knee, back, neck and shoulder. Fantastic experience: Matt has been the most thorough and helpful physio I have used over a 15 year period of various sports and injuries. His approach perfectly applies theory and a practical approach to keep me training at high volume loads. I highly recommend Matt to any athlete or individual with ongoing injuries who have given up or accepted they will have the injury long term. Matt also focussed on improved performance and not just treating symptoms

Fantastic experience: Matt is by far the best physio I've come across (and unfortunately I've seen a few). He's both technical and hands on, and really takes the time to make sure I understand the injury and what I need to do in terms of recovery. He's helped me get through injuries that weren't getting better with other physios, minor niggles and recently helped me navigate through my triathlon training (including a half ironman). Highly recommend Matt and the team.
