Fantastic experience: Liam identified my injury and other ailments within the first session with professionalism and outstanding knowledge of the human body. With regular sessions he got me back to work within 10 days and provided detailed notes on my progress.

Fantastic experience: After years of dealing with a shoulder/neck issue with various physios/massage/etc with little improvement, I came to Back In Motion for physio sessions. It took only 3 months of treatment to start living pain free! Now only occasional “maintenance treatments” are needed. I wholeheartedly recommend Back in Motion for their quality of service. Fantastic experience: My experience over the years with Back in Motion Semaphore has always been positive. Testament to that, is the fact that I always return to see them (when needed). Whether it be an appointment needed asap, or for ongoing treatment, they are very accommodating. The Physiotherapists that I have seen have been knowledgeable and experienced and always get me back to living a normal life. They talk through the options and I have never felt pressured to continue treatment unnecessarily. Recently I have started Pilates at Back in Motion Semaphore, to compliment my journey moving forward. The small class sizes are fantastic as the Physiotherapists can correct technique and ensure you get the most out of the class, specific to your requirements. I am thoroughly enjoying the class I do, and look forward to it each week. The staff are always friendly and make you feel comfortable and never judged.

Fantastic experience: If youve been told you need a knee replacement then I would endorse the GLAD program. It's definitely worth trying. It has certainly strengthened my knee. Liam, the physio that runs the sessions keeps it lighthearted and tailor made to slowly build and strengthen joints. Back in motion in Semaphore is such a friendly environment, from reception staff to physiotherapists it helps you to complete the sessions and overcome some of the pain associated with needing a knee replacement. Fantastic experience: After years of RA, back pain and sometimes helpful chiropractic visits, it was suggested by my GP that it may be beneficial to explore physiotherapy. I was introduced to Liam to assess my condition, and he subsequently informed me of the GLAD program, which is designed for arthritis sufferers with hip and knee symptoms. I have now been attending twice weekly for a few months and have found that I no longer need to seek chiropractic and my back pain has greatly reduced, whilst also increasing muscle strength. Highly recommend to everyone who needs help in this area.

Fantastic experience: The GLA:-)D program has been a great experience for my osteoarthritis therapy at Back In Motion Semaphore over the last two months. Such a unique strength resistance program for all shapes / sizes / ages that targets exactly the strengthening I need in managing my worn out knee. I was in agony from returning to a hard manual labour job, and Ruby did an INCREDIBLE job working on loosening up the tension in my back, neck and shoulders. I plan to regularly return for 'tune ups ' to keep my body in working order. The range of motion I regained after just one session, it's definitely worth the price. Thankyou.

Fantastic experience: 'Love' and admire Tara. A terrific professional and person. Helpful and supportive but not afraid to challenge. i attended this practice YEARS ago and did not find it helpful but I am really impressed with Tara as a professional physiotherapist. The only thing I find really irritating is the continuous , vacuous and mindless dribble pouring out of the waiting room television set. Not an intelligent word emitted, especially if attending in the morning. Do we really need it or at least do we need the sound on?

He made me feel very comfortable and was great in informing me about the reasons behind the pain I have been experiencing and where to start in improving it. My hubby & I travel Australia full time in our caravan so when needing treatment for our aching backs we found Back In Motion Semaphore by chance. I’m SO GLAD we did. The reception staff are all very friendly & Emily the Physio is fantastic. She really listened to our needs & was very professional in her treatment. We now always book in a session (or 2) with Emily whenever we’re in Adelaide.

Negative experience: Tried a free assessment. I was willing to pay for treatment if the physio was good. The free assessment took 40 minutes. I endured just questions, and had no treatment.
