Fantastic experience: Geoff was great! I would HIGHLY recommend him. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything really well. It was much better than a standard 30-minute appointment with other physiotherapists, where they seem to spend the first half of the session sitting on the computer. Geoff was thorough and had worked out exactly where I was sore before I had even shown him. Experienced, to say the least. I’ve read a couple of negative reviews mentioning comments about accents. He commented on mine as well, which we joked about and actually made for some good conversation. He’s a great guy! Some people obviously get worked up over nothing, which is a shame for them. I’d definitely recommend Geoff.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Geoff for rehabilitation following a spinal fusion, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. At the first consult he took the time to properly understand the problem. As a doctor myself, I know the value of a thorough history, and watching Geoff take one told me immediately that I was in good hands. Over the following 3.5 months we worked through regular strengthening and mobility exercises alongside TENS therapy. All of it has made a substantial difference to my post-operative recovery. He is extremely knowledgeable and I hold him in very high regard

Fantastic experience: I have seen Geoff for the last 3 months for a shoulder injury. I am back to a regular range of movement and importantly, understand my injury a lot better and what type of movements / motion I should avoid. Geoff is highly engaged, curious, and clearly passionate about what he does and has a lifetime of experience. As a young woman I constantly felt safe, comfortable and respected which was very important to me. Geoff took care to explain what he was doing and why, which helped me relax during sessions. Geoff is always up for a chat and loves to get to know his patients - he always means well and has a great energy.

Fantastic experience: Geoff has been amazing helping with my knee injury. Really knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and made a huge difference with my recovery. He explains everything properly and actually cares about getting you back to normal. Also just a genuinely nice guy who’s always up for a little chat. Highly recommend if you need a physio.

Fantastic experience: My first Physio experience and I am so happy with the service received. Geoff is so knowledgeable and really put me at ease, talked me through each step of what he was doing and I left feeling much less pain, and with some very simple exercises to be doing. Always asked before doing any examinations ect. which is always nice. Already recommended to others.

Fantastic experience: Geoff is an amazing physiotherapist who is extremely knowledgable in what he does. I came to him with severe shoulder pain and restricted shoulder mobility and he adeptly identified the issue and gave me a variety of stretches and exercises. After just a couple months I had regained full movement, had no pain, and was well on the way to getting my strength back.

Fantastic experience: Geoff saved our holiday! After a night on a soft mattress my back was in agony - I could barely walk. I hobbled into his clinic and after a detailed consultation (he was very thorough in considering any previous back issues or other pain) and some massage/electric therapy I was almost 100% better. He gave me some exercises to help with ongoing improvements, and our holiday was back on track. I'd highly recommend Geoff to anyone - thorough, experienced and highly skilled. Thanks Geoff!

Fantastic experience: Been seeing Geoff for more than a year now. He was recommended by my attending Orthopaedic surgeon when I had my right elbow dislocated from a fall a year ago. Right after my cast removed he helped me with my journey to recovery from day 1 until I got back to my normal daily life routine. Fantastic experience: I needed treatment for a debilitating hand injury and wanted a knowledgeable and experienced physio I could trust. It was worth the trip to get expert care from Geoff, who was very thorough and took the trouble to explain my injury and provide a helpful course of treatment. I have continued seeing Geoff for the last couple of years and am very pleased with his treatment.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had three session with Geoff and all I can say are good words about him. Very professional and making sure my injury is healed properly and not just making the pain go away. Very good fares and with Bupa claims easy to get some money back. Would recommend to everyone that needs physio treatment.

Fantastic experience: I've attended Geoff's Bondi Surfside clinic for a number of years and keep coming back when injuries and pains arise. Geoff's knowledge, insight and engaging and enquiring approach ensure issues are identified and a treatment plan created. Further, his network and advice on other medical specialist required also means you have a complete integrated approach.

Negative experience: I had the same experience as "Bondi Curlewis" in the reviews below. I found Geoff extremely rude, condescending, and inappropriate. He did not allow me to speak and frequently talked over me without actually listening to what I had to say about my ankle injury. He made inappropriate comments about my accent, English proficiency, age, size, and country. He also remarked that I lacked a sense of humor because English is not my first language. I want to clarify, sir, that I understand every single word you said. This is not about humor; it's about simple respect, which you seem to lack for your patients. Additionally, I must mention that the place was very dirty and dusty on the floor where I was asked to walk barefoot. I noticed objects on the floor where he had been sitting with his shoes on before asking me to stand there barefoot. I will not be returning next week for a second session, and as you can imagine, I do not recommend this place at all.

Negative experience: I came cause I’ve pain in my knee. He told me in 3 month aprox it was going to be okay after the sessions and now is worst than when I arrived. I HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND IT

Fantastic experience: Was treated for chronic lower back issues and found the initial assessment very accurate and the various forms of treatments most helpful ... was also given some short yet very targeted stretches and strengthening techniques

Fantastic experience: Geoff was recommended to me by a friend. The very first session left me feeling much much better and after three sessions I'm feeling better than I have in years.

Fantastic experience: 2020.01.14 I had a pain in a lower left abdomen since 12 months. After done CT Scan, IRM, GP, abdomen specialist etc... My GP has recommended to try a physio because we could not find the what cause my pain. I met Geoff today, after 30 minutes asking meticulous questions. Geoff has diagnose a muscle strain. Then he tried different things on my body (ultra sounds etc..). i am finally feeling a bit better today. Of course it's the first session of many more but it such a relief to found a solution. I highly recommend Geoff!!! Geoff is very professional and take the time to diagnostic where come from the pain.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Geoff for the past 5 weeks due to extreme heel pain (plantar fasciitis) . Over the 5 weeks Geoff has tried different treatment methods to see what works best which includes, massage, laser , inferential machine and ultrasound. I have noticed a huge improvement and the pain gradually disappearing. This type of injury takes time to improve and each session Geoff is always extremely professional and friendly, always assesses my foot and tries everything possible to get me back to 100%. Geoff has an exercise plan for me to follow along with the treatment for a speedy recovery. Geoff is very hands on and extremely knowledgeable. I am definitely on the road to recovery and highly recommend Geoff as a physio.

Negative experience: Terrible experience. Geoff was extremely rude and condescending and would ask questions supposedly to understand my history of pain however everytime I would respond he would talk over me and seem frustrated / agitated if my response was more than two words. After 10 minutes of this I realised I was dealing with an extremely unprofessional person who clearly has no customer service experience and simply left. Despite my appointment beong for 430pm, when I arrived there was nobody there and once he finally did arrive, i was forced to wait a further 15 minutes while he tended to a call. A suggestion, perhaps if you claim to want to understand someone’s background on an issue, actually listen to their response rather than talk over them. Not sure how this business even operates unless there are other physios about that work here that are able to communicate properly. ABSOLUTE WASTE OF TIME
