Fantastic experience: I had a pretty severe shoulder injury from work and the staff here have constantly been working on fixing my shoulder , using different massage and healing techniques along with exercises they have shown me , my shoulder is making great progress, thank you Simone and all the other physios that have treated me

Negative experience: Not happy with the physio treatment got at action plus she just did some basic massage and showed couple of exercises. Not even took 30 mins of appointment time and finished in 20 mins..was not at all happy with the consultation.

Positive experience: First experience of Chinese needling and felt really helpful

Fantastic experience: We’ve been with Action Plus Physio for years now and have had numerous areas treated. Simone and her team are excellent with their knowledge, demeanour and application. Being a Bupa Members First provider, they are the best option as treatment is practically free. Highly recommend them for any form of injury rehab or massage.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service. So accommodating. Always get a reminder call and email invites popping in calendars. I had spine injury and shoulder second time. Simone, Ruchira and other staffs are so knowledgeable that with few movements they figured out the issue I had and suggested me to ask doctors to write about those tests. When I done the USS, it was exactly same as they told me. In short deeply and highly knowledgeable and they know what are they doing. I have been late few times due to work commitments and still they accommodated me. Maintains respects and never took a whip out for being late . I give highest suggestions.

Fantastic experience: My physio at work Jhisnu who recommended me to come this Action plus physio therapy to meet Simone, she is lovely lady . Infact I have problem of not able to cross my left leg, not even able to sit with crossing the legs. Guess what! Its feeling so much better in just 3 visit and will definitely continue to work on my leg to get perfect outcome. Really friendly atmosphere and absolutely amazing. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Simone is very knowledgeable and spot-on with her diagnosis and treatment plans. I had horrible chest pain and nerve pain down my arms and fingers. It was resolved after a series of visits to Simone with her showing me how to do the stretches properly and treating the affected areas effectively. Some physios are better than others simply because whatever they do work. Simone is one of them. It's good to know I don't have to live in pain permanently!

Fantastic experience: Excellent and fast service. Pooja Gajare one of the physiotherapist at action plus is the best one there. She can fix and cure any of your injuries at no time. I have a very serious shoulder injury and supposed to be surgery treatment but in 5 sessions in seeing her, I can start to move and stretch my arm freely without pain. Well highly recommend by me.

A special mention to my physio Pooja who helped me with my injury (torn miniscus). I found her to be very patient caring & professional. The exercises she gave me have been very helpful. Fantastic experience: After injuring my neck I had alot of pain and limited movement. I contacted Action plus physio and after Pooja weaved her magic, within a few sessions, I was pain free and had full mobility in my neck. Definitely recommend this physiotherapy clinic.

Negative experience: Very bad. Appointment is for half an hour but they treat only 20 mins. The new Physio is very bad ! And in that 10 mins physio will talk unnecessary! Change ur appointments without your concern. ! Poor customer service.

Fantastic experience: Physio Simone did great job for me,finding exact cause of my plantar fasciitis. Having right directions and did some stretching and doing really well. Highly recommended

Negative experience: Went 3 times after my spine surgery, each time was a different physio, no notes were taken as i had to explain my situation to each, i didnt find them helpful

Fantastic experience: The Action plus team have been extremely supportive and professional during my recovery. I have had several weekly sessions with most of the physio team at quakers hill since last year 2014, after damaging tendons and nerves in my hand. I chose to go back to them again after a work related injury which I severely damaged my knee, foot and ankle. I have made a great recovery with my wrist and hand thanks to Simone ,Jeff and Guarin. I had a lot of work done initially which meant I got to experience treatment from several members of the team, All who were very consistent and communicated well amongst each other and my GP. I chose to go back to Action plus when i injured my leg because of how well they have supported me not only physically but emotionally too, I feared permanent damage that could affect my job, and livelihood which was very stressful and frustrating. However their treatment has been amazing and helped me get more confidence around this. Guarin is currently treating me for my leg injury. I find him to be very professional and respectful, as well as fun . We have had many a good banter to distract and help ease my pain. They are very friendly and make the extra effort to make you feel comfortable. They have always been reliable in service and i highly recommend them. They are frequently supporting their community and participate and promote in supporting great causes and charities , i love how well the team work together including doing things like fun runs where they invite clients to join. So follow their facebook link in interested. its also good as the always posting interesting facts and info on there too. Really want to say a big thanks to Simone, Guarin, Jeff, Narina ,Jas and the rest of the team for all your hard work in helping me back on my feet again and wrist. Its not going to be the same once i finish treatment. So ill just have to book in for the occasional massage or dry needling session. Thanks you again kind regards Lyndall DN
