Fantastic experience: I was referred by my general physiotherapist to Action Rehab after suffering a TFCC injury that left me unable to return to strength training or badminton. Hernan was exceptional. He is incredibly knowledgeable. Every step of my treatment was tailored to my recovery and he took the time to explain everything clearly and adjust my rehab as I improved. The custom splint that was made was very helpful to support my wrist. The results were beyond anything I expected. Thanks to his expertise and guidance, I was able to regain strength in my wrist and get back to the activities I love sooner than I thought. Fantastic experience: Iris has been incredible. I have hypermobility and have had issues for my entire life. I have found some people who kind of know what it is but not necessarily how to manage it. Iris immediately knew and understood how to work with hypermobility. I came because my wrist was very unstable, sore and kept subluxating. I went to a difference physio elsewhere who told me I just had tight forearm muscles. I did all sorts of scans, but no one really knew what was happening. When I found Action Rehab online and that they specialised in upper limbs, I booked an appointment for the next day. Iris immediately knew what was happening and helped make a brace for me wrist to support it and let it settle for a bit, I was then able to start some exercises to strengthen it and help prevent future issues. It has been a few months now and I have gotten a significant improvement in my wrist, I have a smaller wrist brace to support me when loading my wrist and I am in so much less pain. I have even started working on my shoulder which has had chronic bursitis for 10+ years and Iris is the first person to understand and talk about needing to treat the underlying cause of the bursitis, and how my hypermobility is also in play here. We have been able to work on it and find exercises to help strengthen without aggravating too much so I can actually get it done. Everyone I have previously seen have tried exercise after exercise but was never able to find any that were easy enough or gentle enough to start and have always been so perplexed by my presentations. I cannot recommend Iris enough, she has saved me a world of hurt with my wrist and is slowly giving me back my shoulder. 10/10 would recommend to everyone, but especially if you have hypermobility. I have already passed her details onto everyone I know who is Hypermobile and I know has upper long issues because she listens, she understands, and she works with you to find the best way to sort out the issue.

Fantastic experience: Iris was super professional, helpful and personable. She understood the needs of me as a patient for my hand fracture. To me some next-level support was provided with a specially molded splint that protected the injured part while leaving other parts able to move to assist the recovery process. Much better than an ER!

Fantastic experience: Came to see Iris for my wrist injury and she managed my injury very well! She was detailed with her tests to diagnose what's going on and gave useful advise on how to manage it. Fantastic experience: Would absolutely recommend going to see Anthony at Action Rehab Narre Warren! He has a keen eye and was able to spot a tiny hairline fracture in my finger from looking at my x-rays when others couldn't. He fit me for a custom splint which has already made me feel so much better and I was told my injury won't take long to heal with regular check ins! 10 out of 10 will be recommending family and friends to come see Anthony for help in the future!

Fantastic experience: I do recommend this place after injuring my hand, and a splint was made to keep my hand supported. It did have it cons in a way that some things were expensive, but James did absolutely everything he could to help in that area if it were simply offering to push appointments back a week. Overall, I am happy with the support I was given and was a great experience.

Fantastic experience: After having injured my hand and experiencing pain for several weeks I had an appointment with Action Rehab Hand Therapy. A brace was made to support my injured fingers, that I could wear during all my daily activities. I could even bowl with it on, pain free. 3 sessions, and at home exercises later, I am no longer using the brace and my strength is increasing. Friendly knowledgeable staff and appointments to suit my schedule.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic experience with Caolan at the clinic. Caolan made every effort to connect and joke around with my daughter (7) while testing her wrist/hand strength. He was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to locate X-rays for us to review. Highly recommend Action Rehab and both Nicholas Criticos and Caolan Somers.

Fantastic experience: Action Rehab have given me the care, rehab and program that I have been requiring for a long time. Have seen various other professionals with limited progress. Have function and movement that I haven't had in a long time. Casey is my physio and would rate them higher than 5 stars if I could.
