Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend my physiotherapist Rick highly enough. He is knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about my wellbeing. From the very first appointment decades ago, he took the time to listen, thoroughly assess my condition, and develop a treatment plan tailored to my needs. Fantastic experience: I came here a couple weeks back and saw Hank for some muscle and joint related pain. He was excellent, answered all of my questions and explained perfectly as to how I should be recovering optimally after exercise. I am very happy with his service and recommend him to everyone.

Fantastic experience: Went today to see Hank and honestly, was the first time in a long time I've been impressed with a physio. I've had thousands of massages before being an ex dancer and have had maybe 100-200 physio sessions in the last 20 years. The physios that I go too, they charge an arm and a leg, do about 5 minutes of massage and then use the ultrasound machine for the rest of it. Hank actually massaged and I could tell by the way he massaged that he knew what he was doing. Highly recommend. Just don't see Hank as I may not get an appointment again haha

My therapist Amili was detailed in addressing the muscle groups that were causing significant grief, managed to grasp my medical history and tailor treatment with that in consideration and provided me with specific exercises to help me get by. Thank you so much for your help today!

Negative experience: This practice provides good service. But beware of the receptionist named Marjourie. She is superincompetent, unprofessional, ignorant and quite rude. She has no work ethics and provides wrong advice and acts smart too. Even though the centrre has awesome physio professionals, this receptionist can ruin the reputation and customer experience. I have decided to discontinue with them.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend The Glen Back Care!! Jenisha is an amazing physiotherapist and has helped me so much with my back pain. Reception staff have also been super friendly and helpful :)

Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Dr Adrian Tota at the clinic for 15 years. He always works wonders with my lower back due to too much cricket. He is a brilliant Chiropractor with a strong focus on deep massage and ongoing exercise. Would highly recommend him despite his one eyed barracking for the Dees.

Fantastic experience: I have been to several physios in the last few weeks. I've had pain in my neck and after a PT session with Mark Ghaly, the pain and discomfort were gone! Highly recommend a visit to the clinic and look for Mark.

Fantastic experience: Rick has been 'fixing' my ageing body for over 15 years, explaining likely causes for my injuries, and prescribing appropriate stretches and exercises. I have always felt an improvement after a session. Excellent staff and great service. Updated 16/12/22 - After injuring my back, i could not stand up - the back spasms were so bad, i would fall to my knees. With a holiday booked only 4 days out, i had almost come to terms with not being able to go. Rick and the front desk staff found 3 consecutive days for physio. With a dose of serious anti-inflammatory tablets and Rick's magic i was able to shuffle off on my holiday. Cannot thank Rick enough to get me upright and moving again.

Negative experience: My partner has been experiencing back pain post army so I called to enquire and gather some information for him and possibly make an appointment, I asked if the receptionist Anita could tell me a bit about the clinic and Rick so I pass this information on to my partner but was told abruptly "Not really, everything is on the website". I am a Medical Secretary myself and have never had such a cold response, it shocked me. This was the first clinic I reached out to and while I am sure Rick and the rest of the team are great the coldness from the receptionist has put me off straight away. I normally don't write reviews like this but for someone reaching out for information and help this is not a nice reaction to be met with.

All the doctors I have seen so far - from physiotherapist, chiropractor, osteopath, and dietitian - everyone has been very professional and helpful. The receptionists are always nice too and the clinic is very well kept. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Fantastic experience: I've been a long-standing client of Mark for the last 4 years. He has helped me rehabilitate shoulder, neck, ankle, hip injuries... you name it! And without failure, I've returned to top performance. I can't promise I'll always be doing my exercises but I can promise I'll be seeing Mark if i ever sustain an injury.

Fantastic experience: I have been visiting Rick and his team at Glen back Care for over 10 years. They have helped improve and maintain my back strength & related issues over a long period, and really make a difference when I am preparing for a specific physical challenges to get me through in good shape. I make sure I have regular "maintenance" sessions to keep my body functioning at a consistent level and pain free. Rick is great at identifying underlying issues and setting a treatment plan, both with them and also for me at home, to get back on track as quickly as possible.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to The Back Care & Sports Therapy for a few years because of different body issues. The staff has always been very friendly, caring and professional. I have been seeing Mark and Bing now as well for dry needling. Both are very good.

Fantastic experience: I have been attended in the centre since last year due to some minor back and postural issues. In addition to my GP referral, the location of the centre and its specious off-street car park were so convenient to me that I decided to come to this centre at the first sight. Later I confronted with a friendly receptionist, amazing time management, well equipped centre regardless of its limited space, as well as Physiotherapist Mark's respectful and approachable manner that kept me there. My appointments afterwards proved me Mark Ghaly's professional approach to my health issues. His informative treatment sessions were filled with client's education regarding their current health issues, happily transferring his knowledge and information in understanding words to the clients so as to assist them with figuring out their own health issues, also continuity of care and treatment in various areas such as home and gym. Overall, I highly recommend this centre to my family and friends.

Fantastic experience: Rick Southen and his team are honest, professional, reliable and approachable. They are fantastic at diagnosing a problem(s), in providing the right treatment and treatment plan, so that patients can continue their recovery at home. Rick in particular is a very experienced, caring and intuitive physiotherapist who always puts his patients first. He is excellent at resolving complex and chronic problems and ensuring his patients understand their condition and treatment. They are the best physiotherapy clinic I have attended.

Fantastic experience: I am 26 years old and I have been going to Rick for physiotherapy for about 6 months after I was diagnosed with hip burstitis (due to sitting for long prolonged periods of time for work purposes). Rick provided me with differing treatments and exercises (even had a great app which provides demonstrations of exercises that you can do at home). It is because of his treatment that I have now regained my strength on my hip muscles and have minimal pain. If you want an expert amazing physiotherapist that will assist you with burstitis instead of getting the steroid injections you should definitely go to Rick at the Glen Back care!

Fantastic experience: I have attended this clinic for a number of years. Mostly I have seen Rick Southen. His physio treatment is amazing. He is the only physio I have been to, who actually does hands on work to fix the problems instead of just talking and asking me to do exercises. Recently I had an arm injury and he was able to clearly explain the ultrasound report and give me the appropriate treatment. I would highly recommend Rick to anyone who needs physio.

Negative experience: Terrible. I asked information about the practice and treatments they do, and the young receptionist was very reluctant to help. She told me she was busy with other customers and didn’t seem to care much about me. That didn’t leave me a good impression so I don’t think I’ll go to this practice for my treatment. EDIT: Thanks Rick. I’m glad you explained that to me. No one has called me so I’m not sure what you’re referring to?

Fantastic experience: I've been coming here for years, for everything from massage to physio to podiatry for my son, and have always received good treatment and felt better on leaving than when I came in. Though they are no longer a BUPA-first provider (which was a big draw card), I understand their decision to withdraw from that arrangement and have continued to support them owing to the excellent care I have received. Recommended!

Fantastic experience: As an older person with a history of Polymyalgia Rheumatica I find regular maintenance visits to Rick help reduce the stiffness. Rick also helped me overcome a shoulder problem many years ago. Rick is an exceptionally good physiotherapist with a kind and caring manner. I highly recommend him.

Negative experience: To be clear the practitioners I see are lovely and of high class, the receptionist however is horribly rude and painful to deal with to the point we will now seek a different clinic for treatment. 0/5 stars for reception and communication, 5/5 stars for the physiotherapists I've seen. Update: Thanks for the response, very insincere, I can assure you and everyone else who happens to read reviews before deciding which business to use that should they go here reception will treat them with discontent and ridicule them if their children's names aren't correctly booked in and continue with rude commentary throughout the transaction. It's a shame they're letting your team down as the physios are great, as a matter of principal none of my family will be returning due to the poor treatment. Review now reduced to one star after the poor response from the owner, this just highlights the lack of focus around customer service and treating your customers with basic respect.
