The treatment was exactly what I was looking for, and I felt really comfortable and well looked after throughout my appointment. Fantastic experience: I was drawn to this Physio from its high reviews and can say that it was completely worth it! I had the wonderful Aneri for my sessions and she was exceptionally professional, knowledgeable and experienced when it came to addressing my concerns. She took to my case quickly and with confidence, and was very effective in communicating my condition in day-to-day language. By the end of the session, I had a clear structured explanation for what was happening in my body, as well as a skeleton framework for how our sessions could help support me to return to normal function. It’s so refreshing to experience genuine quality healthcare, from practitioners that genuinely understand. I didn’t feel rushed at all, nor did I feel like any of my words were dismissed- which is rare in the current health environment. I honestly couldn’t speak more highly of this place. I’ve only had an initial session and I am already feeling so much better.

Fantastic experience: Shalmali is great. She explained why my issues started and how to overcome them. She is extremely knowledgeable and explains things in a really understandable fashion.

Fantastic experience: We have been recieving on-site physio treatments from Complete Care at my workplace and I must admit Shalmali has been an absolute godsend! Prior to my treatment, I was suffering from back pain, which started off as something bearable to agonizing and affecting my day to day life. Mornings were especially painful. In 3 treatments, she was able to significantly reduce the pain I was in. I’m no longer waking up to a sore back which is a great way start to the day. I highly recommend treatments with Shalmali. Her dedication and her friendly, relatable deamenor is a breath of fresh air. Not to mention her treatment plan and exercises are realistic for busy daily (most of the time lazy ) lives. Negative experience: A letdown in the customer care department. They cancelled my scheduled appointments more times than seeing the physio - then had my 80 year old mother in law attend her appointment and physio didn't show up - not even a phone call to say sorry. They could not even offer an explanation or an apology. Would definitely NOT recommend.

Negative experience: Avoid - Fawkner practice does not have a physio, only an Osteo (despite the name). They tried to convince me they were the same thing (they are not) to get my business. I did decide to give the Osteo a go and during our session she began to dry needle my back without asking if I wanted this or was okay with this. Not good informed consent practise. I sent them detailed feedback afterwards via email, only to receive no apology but to tell me that they had never received a complaint before. Overall a weird and distressing experience with this clinic.

Fantastic experience: I really enjoyed my first visit with Abby, Osteopath today. She is very professional and amiable. Really helped with loosening up tense and taut muscles. Definitely going back. The clinic was actually amazing in practising social distancing - no waiting room patients. You wait in the car till you are texted to go in. Pretty nifty.
