Fantastic experience: Lachie and his team have helped us so much. They are able to pin point exactly what needs to be worked on, and can break functional movements and activities down into explicit movements to do so. Lachie makes exercises fun, and really gets (otherwise quite resistant) kids to really push to their limits, but also keeping sessions light hearted and fun. A very tricky balance to get right, and Allura health do it very very well!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic physio team which has rebuilt my body after multiple surgeries. I am deeply indebted to physios Lachy and Clare and Katie who manages the admin. With access to the Rigs compression room, hot and cold pools, hypabaric chamber, wet, dry and infra - red saunas it is a must if you need excellent physio treatment.

Fantastic experience: Allura Health is the most caring physio practice I’ve been to. I was struggling massively with post-concussion syndrome and neck pain before Lachie and the team got me back on track. Since then, their physical treatment and cognitive rehab has helped me make consistent improvements towards getting back to normal. Couldn’t recommend them any more highly - I wouldn’t go to anyone else for Physio treatment.

Fantastic experience: After long term back issues I had a severe workplace accident and was looking at spinal surgery in my neck and lower back. I went through several stages of cortisone injections into my spine that were horrific and numbed the pain for days to weeks at a time but resulted in no progress. My surgeons last resort before taking to the knife was going to Allura and seeing Lachie. I’m now back in the water surfing, working on being stronger than before and climbing trees again. I still get pain and tightness but with what I have been taught by the Allura team I can manage and with weekly sessions we can work on strengthening and greater mobility. After a year of being limited to pickling up no more than 3kg and a life that suffered I thought surgery was my only option and so did my specialist. Lachie and the team have saved my life and I couldn’t recommend them more highly. 10/10

Fantastic experience: We are incredibly grateful for the care our 6-year-old son has received at Allura Health. He has Myhre Syndrome, a rare genetic disorder, and autism, and we’ve seen amazing progress thanks to their expertise in connective tissue disorders and mobility issues. Through hydrotherapy and physiotherapy, they not only increased his mobility and prevented contractures that were affecting his walking, but they also improved his upper body strength, lung capacity, and endurance. They were also fantastic at working with his sensory needs and taught him basic swimming and water safety. We highly recommend Lachie and his team to any family with similar challenges. Their care and commitment have made a huge difference in our son’s life. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: The best physiotherapist in Sydney! After running for many years, I've seen many, but I finally found the best: Lachie, someone who truly cares about his patients. He helped me through my worst period, and I was about to run a major marathon, but he helped me get through it and completed the marathon with a very good time considering my injury. He also helped me prepare for the next marathon, which was in February, and where I achieved my goal. I highly recommend Allura Health a very highly knowledgeable and experienced team.

Fantastic experience: In April I sprained my ankle playing netball and due to being a solo parent I needed a quick fix to get me back on my feet which is exactly what I got being treated by Lachie. Fast forward two weeks ago, I ruptured my ACL playing tag. Lachie was there every step of the way from MRI referral to booking me in with Claire to work on getting me back walking within a week. Without the Allura team, I’d be on a much more difficult journey. I can’t be more grateful for their expertise!!

Fantastic experience: The AquaNatal classes run at Allura Health are really excellent. In my last trimester of pregnancy I struggled with hip and pelvis pain which made most forms of exercise impossible for me (including walking). These classes allowed me to keep active in a pain free way until the very end of my pregnancy. Each class is different, includes working all body parts and gets your heart rate up. Adelaide, who runs the classes, is clearly incredibly experienced and keeps the classes fun and engaging. I would highly recommend these classes !

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend the AquaNatal program run by Allura Health for all women in the later stages of their pregnancies!! As a first time mum-to-be in my third trimester, it has been great to stay active, keep up some strength and resistance training in the water as well as work on my mobility as I am getting bigger. It’s a low impact form of exercise which gets your whole body moving but still challenging! Adelaide is a such an experienced and knowledgeable physio, and makes the classes really enjoyable whilst also pushing us to get the most out of each workout. Highly recommend!!

Following my ACL surgery, I was struggling with persistent knee pain and discomfort. However, Clare's expertise and personalized care made a world of difference. Fantastic experience: Lachie is in my opinion, the best physiotherapist in Sydney. He has treated all of my family, even diagnosed (and treated successfully) a condition that paediatricians have missed. He is professional and very patient. Lachie takes time to learn about your problem and tailors the best plan to your needs. He explains his plan of attack clearly. He will expect you to do your bit with exercises he prescribes, but it all goes towards stopping your pain and preventing future injuries. Aside from being great physio he is amazing human being, actively involved in his surf club, helping to develop younger generation of surf life savers, raising money for charities ... list goes on. I highly recommend Lachie to anyone with physiotherapist needs.

Thorough examination, simple and easy to understand explanation, targeted treatment and was given specific exercises to not only alleviate my pain, but also work to strengthen the area to prevent injury re-occurrence. Fantastic experience: I saw Lachlan Bruce at Allura Physio in Brookvale a few times while I was visiting family in Sydney in January 2023. I had had a complete knee replacement in Portugal on May 23rd 2023 followed by an anurism and my knee was extremely painful. After only one appointment with hands on physio my knee felt so much better . He was extremely professional and knew exactly what to do to ease my pain. He also gave me exercises to do and after a few visits I was in much better shape. I only wish I had been staying in Australia longer to have continued my treatment with Lachie and would highly recommend him . Marie Moore

Fantastic experience: Lachie is passionate and incredibly intelligent. He has loads of knowledge and experience but applies it with clear communication and a low ego approach which is super comforting as a patient. I first saw Lachie when I was in a lot of pain with a pinched nerve in my left shoulder. After a couple of visits only, Lachie honed in on the pain point, gave me advice on how to avoid the injury moving forward and gave me clear simple stretches that had immediate impact. Lachie has the care factor and I would genuinely recommend him to anyone looking to gain impactful results for their health.
