Fantastic experience: I saw James when I had a disk herniation. He was able to pinpoint where the herniation was gave me exercise to help with the pain. My GP dismissed it as a sprain but he wrote a referral to the GP for help with pain.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with Zac throughout my treatment. He was professional, knowledgeable, and always took the time to explain my progress and answer any questions I had. The treatment plan was tailored to my needs, and the exercises he recommended made a real difference over time. Thanks to his guidance and encouragement, I’ve made significant progress and feel much more confident moving forward. I highly recommend Zac to anyone looking for a skilled and genuinely caring physiotherapist.

Negative experience: I was not happy with this practice The physiotherapist was booked in. I attended paid the money in good faith. The physiotherapist did not even check my leg He did not do any physiotherapy to make me feel better He pretty much told me to go home and rest and bring my shoes back in I recently have gone to another practice and they have done an incredible job From the first consultation it is fixed mile shin splint Very disappointed

Fantastic experience: Extremely love this place. It’s so convenient and their website offers so much information without having to come in and book lots of appointments to find who is best for you. Saki Takihashi was amazing and tremendously helped us with muscle pains and body aches. Her technique and skills were really good and she knows straight away where to target the pain and how to give relief. She has also helped my partner on his lower back pain which he felt a sense of relief in months and she has a great understanding of how and why pains can occur as well as how to treat them correctly. She’s very lovely and definitely highly recommend her!!

Fantastic experience: After my double-knee TKR replacement surgery, I was in so much pain when I walked into Cannington Physio Center but LeeLoo was a good cheer leader. She taught me how to manage pain positively and she also encouraged me to exercise diligently at home towards strengthening my muscles and increasing my range of mobility. Setting goals and selecting the right exercise program performed under the supervision of a good physiotherapist like LeeLoo has helped me to regain confidence and see result. I’m thankful to LeeLoo for her professional care and support in my physio rehab process.

Fantastic experience: On Friday 15/03/2024, I was finally given the GREEN light and discharged from a lengthily recovery program with my physiotherapist Zac Jones. In April 2023 my injury was quite extreme resulting with a massive hematoma on my right leg from the knee up to my hip. This was caused after being crushed between two 9 tonne trucks. Rehabilition was going to be very intense. For 11 months my Physiotherapist Zac Jones guided, supported and grilled me through his well-structured rehab programs and sessions. His professionalism grew on my self-belief, self-determination and resilience to give him 100% effort as he would do the same for me. Zac always demonstrated with clarity, the purpose behind the various strengthening exercises and programs. Gym and Hydrotherapy 3 days a week for 11 months. He helped create a positive incentive thus allowing me to execute that drive towards my recovery with purpose and meaning. He always reminded me the seriousness of my injury and that it was going to take time and it did, it triggered that determination will. Now, full recovered I am very happy with the results. We both have endured and experienced a recovery journey that I will take with me for the rest of my life. Zac is a wonderful bloke, thanx heaps 'KUZ'. I must also acknowledge the behind-the-scenes crew (Staff and reception). They were very welcoming, supportive, approachable, thank you all.

Fantastic experience: I found Zac as my physio was brilliant. He took the time to listen & I felt that he really cared about my issues & he genuinely helped me through my whole rehab process. It was a very sore & painful process at the beginning following my work accident but Zac was patient with me & he has an excellent & professional manner. He explained things in a way I could understand. I felt I could relax & trust him through it all as it was a difficult time for me physically. It was a journey for both of us over several months & we had a very positive outcome & recovery. I highly recommend Cannington Physiotherapy & I would not hesitate going back for any other treatment.

Negative experience: Poor service. Poor Management. Poor ownership. Jess is awesome. Pity the rest of your business skills aren't. Dear Cannington Physio, I think your admin service is very poor. I think your Management is also very poor. I just also found the owner Ian I just spoke to rude and irratative, and extremely unhelpful. Seems your patient and customer service is more focussed on how much money your business can make, rather than supporting your patient care, especially at this point when I need you the most. For me, from my recent phone calls to you and my request to ask to get a generalised summary report done to support my disibility support pension application that I am applying for, you are not supporting or helping me when I really need this done. It could be the difference of me getting it or not. I don't understand your attitude. I have been a patient with Jess for a long time. I have found my recent phone calls and dealings with you very unhelpful the last few times I have spoken with you, particularly Christie Lee, and Ian today. I have told you I am unemployed and struggling financially and can't afford the more than $200 you told me it would cost. I have never paid any of my specialists to do a report. Ever. Why you are demanding I have to is beyond me. You talk rudely with me when I have supported your business for a very long time. The tone in your voices says more than your words to me. Well let me say this. Sometimes you just don't know what someone else is going through, and at the moment I am really struggling, and I really needed your help and support, when all you have done now is annoyed me greatly, but more so disappointed me with your lack of support, and snubbed your noses at me.

Fantastic experience: Cannot thank reception and Jaslin enough for fitting me in as an emergency a couple of hours after an incident in the gym. Immediate relief of pain by about 50% and I was 80% recovered by the next morning!

Fantastic experience: Sophie Hogan is the best physiotherapist I've ever met. She saw my pain and gave me the name of my disease. It was before the mri, but the result was the same. Her ability is the best. She is kind, tries to solve my little problems, and always she tries to understand my poor English .I think I'm lucky to meet her and I really appreciated her .

Fantastic experience: This is most likely the best Physiotherapy practice I have been to. The receptionists are always helpful and check up on me for appointments, while the rest of the physios are very professional and explain everything in a way that makes it easy to understand and do an excellent job at healing injuries.
