Fantastic experience: I can't recommend Simonne and her team highly enough. I attended with two problems - a torn calf muscle and long-term restricted movement in my right shoulder. She quickly diagnosed and explained the issues and provided an easy-to-follow treatment plan. Within a handful of sessions both issues were resolved. You won't find a more professional and friendly practice.

It was clear Simonne has a lot of knowledge around concussion and injury management, she explained things really well and put my son on a plan to get back to school and the thing he loves most in the world AFL and Basketball. Fantastic experience: I went to Spooner physio as I was having issues with my back/ribs- waking in pain. I saw Michael and he was amazing! He was very knowledgeable and explained what could be causing pain. After the assessment he gave me exercises to do, and my issue was resolved within the week. Highly recommend if you are in pain, this practice has so many positive reviews for a reason.

Fantastic experience: I've had lower back problems for many years. On many occasions I was in severe pain to the point that simple things such as sitting or even sleeping was excruciatingly painful. I went to numerous physiotherapists and whilst they were helpful, their advice never really addressed my ongoing chronic pain. At Spooner Specialist, through initial consultation and a few months of therapy, coupled with prescribed exercises that I strictly adhered to, I have been pain free since I've concluded my treatment. Tremendous knowledge coupled with extensive experience produced unprecedented results.

They've been really great in assisting with those niggling back issues! Lauren was really great and provided some achievable exercises and I have seen a huge improvement in my discomfort. Fantastic experience: Guys! I have been coming to North Ryde Physiotherapy every week for 8 months now. I tore my acl back in December and have been on the prehab/rehab train ever since. Thank you to Tara for putting up with my 100 questions every week and for putting up with me sometimes not doing as I’m told. Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Mon to treat a persistent back injury after being recommended to them and Mon and her team are always very friendly and professional and take a holistic approach to your injury to give you effective treatment solutions to get you back to full health and movement without taking you or your wallet for a ride. There is very much a focus on giving you the knowledge and skills without using a whole heap of jargon that you might not understand so that you can know your body, get things right, perform better and get back out there sooner rather than later. There is always a happy person on the end of the phone ready to answer your call and the practice is a welcoming and fun environment (bonus points for the mentos at the front desk). Mon and her team are always accommodating with fitting in with your work/training schedule so you can see a physio at the time that suits you. Big thanks to these guys for all the work that they do!

Fantastic experience: A fantastic team of Physios who work incredibly hard to provide all their patients with the utmost level of care and support. More importantly, you can tell a core focus of this Physio practice is directed towards providing people with the skills and knowledge to manage their own injuries, health and fitness in order to best prevent injuries from occurring in the future. Having had a full knee reconstruction, a near shoulder reconstruction and several ankle injuries, I have had a fair share of experience of different Physio practices in Sydney and these guys by far have provided me with the best education regarding injury rehabilitation and prevention to the point I am the healthiest I’ve been in years. Aside from all of those positives, the entire staff at north ryde are always extremely polite and respectful and genuinely kind people. Special shout out to Mon and Tara for being both brilliant Physios and great people. One of the best practices in NSW by far.
