Fantastic experience: I recently had rotator cuff surgery on my right shoulder and spent six weeks in a sling. After that, I commenced a comprehensive physiotherapy program with Madison Brooke at Orthosports. She has been great to work with, listening to my concerns and setting up expectations and goals . All my exercises have been gentle and without any pain. I am looking forward to making a full recovery in the coming months. The equipment used looks well maintained and the exercise areas are kept extremely clean and hygienic.

Fantastic experience: I first saw Sam from Orthosports about 18 months ago for an acute injury. As a PT and fitness instructor, getting back full function was essential. From the beginning, Sam took the time to listen to my goals and understand the level of movement I wanted to aim for. His whole body, ground-up approach combined with his knowledge and honest desire to help everyone move and feel their best, gave me motivation and confidence through my rehab, and got me back to full function. I can’t recommend Sam highly enough.

They have built up the facility with their new equipment since I started going there and have a top class facility to cater for all types of injuries. They also accept students from universities for practical training. Marlene at the front desk is always friendly, helpful and very professional. Fantastic experience: I have been diagnosed with Stiff Person Syndrome, a condition that can cause my legs to become rigid unexpectedly, leading to falls when I encounter uneven surfaces, someone bumps into me, or even when I hear a loud noise. Because of this, I often felt hesitant to leave the house on my own. I was recommended to attend sports physiotherapy to improve my strength, balance, and confidence. This is where I met Liam. From the very beginning, he was incredibly kind, patient, and supportive. He introduced me to a variety of exercises tailored to my needs. While learning new exercises was challenging at first, Liam’s professionalism, encouragement, and expertise helped me make steady progress. I am still attending exercise physiology sessions and genuinely look forward to seeing how much I can improve each week. Thanks to Liam’s guidance, I am becoming more confident and working toward being able to go out independently again. Positive experience: Liam, the exercise physiotherapist at Orthosports designed various exercises to treat a sports injury in my arm. After doing the exercises on a consistent and regular basis over a few weeks, I have much less pain and my arm feels stronger. I am thankful to Liam and his team

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Sam & Liam for over 3years now for several issues (elbow, forearm, thumb & back, latest being ACL+meniscus surgery) & it’s easy to say you don’t get this level of professionalism & clinical expertise from many people these days. They have always been full of knowledge & have always shown absolute genuine care for my health & wellbeing from day 1. They go out of their way to ensure I always get the treatments I need (when I need) & continue to be incredibly personable along with the lovely ladies on the front desk who have also gone out of their way to get me my preferred appt times. Clearly this isn’t ’just a job’ for them & as a health worker myself, I 100% recommend them to anyone looking for a top physiotherapist & exercise physiologist. Zero complaints & safe to say the best service I’ve had from anyone really. All the staff know exactly what they are doing. Onsite parking also makes it super convenient & the clinic is clean & hygienic & very well-equipped.

Fantastic experience: I initially worked with Sam to manage sciatica from a back injury. Sam stabilised the sciatica over a few weeks. Since then, over 6 weeks I’ve been working with Liam- exercise physiologist. With the structured exercise program Liam developed the sciatica has been eliminated. I’ve also shown measurable improvement in balance and strength. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had multiple sessions now with Sam and he’s a very professional and knowledgeable physio and is able to answer any question without hesitation. He also has really sharp elbows which definitely help with deep tissue massage. 1000% recommend his services to anyone overcoming any sort of injury.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend the team here at Concord. I was initially referred to Sam for a hip bursitis, who then transferred me over to Exercise Physio Liam. I decided to take up the 10 week program. From having endless sleepless nights due to the pain experienced to now not having pain and being able to fall asleep and stay asleep is fantastic! Liam's professionalism and wealth of knowledge is impeccable. I would recommend to anyone in need.

My experience working with Sam and Liam to rehab a cheeky ACL repair-post surgery (that has had its fair share of complexity) has been fantastic. Sam has been committed to working through each hiccup with leading dad joke humour which is fun and also helps as a distraction when he is dry-needling my leg. Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Sam for over 5 years now for general maintenance and staying on top of the usual niggles that come with regular training. Most recently, I injured myself just 4 weeks out from the Sydney Marathon, and at that point, even making it to the start line was looking questionable. Sam was incredible throughout the whole process. He took the time to properly assess the injury and understood how important this race was to me. Instead of giving me the usual "rest and wait it out" advice, or the classic "there'll be other races" line, he worked with me to develop a practical and realistic plan to manage the injury and keep me on track. Thanks to Sam's guidance, I not only made it to the start line but was able to complete the marathon — something I wasn’t sure would be possible just a few weeks earlier. I couldn’t recommend him more highly, whether you’re chasing performance goals or just trying to stay injury-free.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend the entire team at Orthosports Concord. I’ve had an ongoing, recurring shoulder issue and was initially treated by physio Sam. I’m now being treated by exercise physiologist Liam who is helping me strengthen my shoulder so I can return to my normal exercise routine. All clinicians here are incredibly knowledgeable and highly professional. I feel that they are genuinely committed to helping me get back to my feeling my best. Liam is incredibly patient in explaining the exercises assigned and how they help with my recovery and after a few sessions I already feel so much better and have greater range of movement. I had snapping hip syndrome in which my hip tendon flicked over my main bone, I was on crutches and had to attend physiotherapy, where I met an experienced physiotherapist named Sam Crossland. He was very kind and gave me multiple different exercises as I progressed with my treatment, I’m still attending physio and actually look forward to seeing how much I can progress each week. If you have an injury I would certainly recommend Mr Crossland to you! He is very thorough, kind and encouraging allowing for an enjoyable experience even with a painful injury. Fantastic experience: Dr Doron Sher and his team are the very best! I had a knee operation and the work done was fantastic! Reception staff were always very helpful and understanding. In contrast two letters arrived from Concord Hospital one week after my surgery. The first to advise that I need to wait about a year for surgery and the second to advise that I had been removed from the waiting list!

Fantastic experience: Tim has been providing me exceptional care for nearly 6 months, 3 times a week (post knee surgeries)! 66 visits later, I can't relate to any of negative reviews that I've read here. Both Tim and his team have always been professional, welcoming and friendly. I was definitely not the average patient given the injury and "complication" that I went through, and Tim has played an instrumental part in providing me with the best treatment and advice. Without his expertise, skills and extreme level of care, it would have taken me twice as long to recover as he was always a step ahead and was so pro-active in liaising with my surgeon to assist with my recovery. His diagnostics have always been spot on throughout my recovery and I really felt looked after and in good hands. I truly admire his patience and deep level of care. I still remember that day when I shared how I was feeling (chest pain here, pain there...) and he stepped out to contact my surgeon straight away without me asking anything. He came back a few mins later and sent me to ER to check for a potential blood clot, and again he was spot on. I was admitted and treated on time because of him. I would recommend Tim's practise in a heart beat!

Fantastic experience: Meant to write this review some time ago, sorry for the lag. I attended Orthosports Physio and saw Tim with complaints on of back pain. Tim was quick to identify, I didnt have a Muscular issue, but another medical issue that would be best dealt with by urgent medical attention by the GP. Tim asked who my regular doctor was and called them pulling a few strings and got me an appointment for about 1/2 hours time. I saw the doctor, received some medication before the condition worsned, it was fantastic. If Tim hadn't already done enough, he even called me a few days later to check in that I was on the mend and doing OK. Tim isnt just a Physio doing his job. He really cared as a professional and showed genuine concern as human. A quality that isnt the most common these days. Thank you Tim, couldnt provide a higher recommendation.

Negative experience: The receptionist is by far the most unpleasant and patronising person we have encountered. After almost 12 months of cancer therapy, I would recommend to stay as far away from this practise as you can.

Fantastic experience: The team at Orthosports Concord were awesome, I broke my arm when overseas and was in a bad way when I was evacuated back to Sydney. Dr K Yeoh and his team were fabulous, the office staff at concord were lovely, very professional and communicated clearly. The surgical and nursing team that Dr Yeoh put together at Strathfield Private Hospital were outstanding. Dr Yeoh is an amazing surgeon and has a lovely bedside manner. He is very thorough and I have made a full recovery.
