Fantastic experience: I’ve been involved with Healthstin for approx 8 months now. I am very impressed with everybody I have worked with over that period. Many years ago, I swore I would never enter a gym again. I was wrong! All the exercise physiologists are eager and extremely knowledgeable, very helpful. They have quickly assessed my capabilities and present me with exercises and routines that are both fun and challenging, and really make a difference to my general health and wellbeing. Fantastic experience: The Exercise Physiologists at Healthstin have been wonderful in helping with my knee replacement physio. I attend the group sessions, however as the classes are not huge, you still receive one on one help. The staff are very friendly and easy going. I always enjoy my time in the pool doing my exercises.

Fantastic experience: I'm so happy with the service from the get go. I seen the ad on Facebook and I sent a message they responded within a few minutes. I had to ask a few questions and they were very fast replies and responsive to my answers they were accommodating to my appointment and then to get to the appointment and be looked after properly and then to the actual treatment was so good. I finally felt that feeling of feeling lighter when not in pain.

Patrick is very knowledgeable when it comes to my sessions and always provides me with great insight into what areas I need to focus and improve on. Flexibility is a must for me. Having to balance my sessions and work requirements, Patrick always goes the extra mile to make sure Healthstin can fit my remote session in, even with his busy schedule and the long distance I live away from the clinic. Fantastic experience: Cameron has helped me immensely over the last couple of years. He has treated shoulder and neck issues and I’m now pain free. He is also fun, friendly and kind. He has introduced me to a number of machines at the gym which I would never have been able to use without his support.

Fantastic experience: Two remedial massage , cupping and guasha sessions helped me recover from hip and leg injury and to loosen up my (chronically tense, reduced-mobility) shoulders. Worth every dollar.

Fantastic experience: I would like so say I am extremely impressed and grateful with everyone at Healthstin who have been working as a team to help me achieve my goals. I have only been working with Healthstin for a couple of months and already I can see big positive changes in my day to day life. Everyone in the team is not only very well educated and knowledgeable but everyone has special experience or education in something different so depending on what you want to achieve there is someone in the team that will be allocated to help you do so. Not only this but the whole team is overlooked by Dr Rachael Sultana which takes exercise Physiology to the next level.
