Negative experience: Used to be good but now it’s super super expensive. I don’t even think the service worth the price anymore. I booked for the lady and then changed to a man in the middle of the service , not ethical. All I can say, pls check out the price before going there.
Dear Vian,
We are sorry to hear that you feel like our service is super expensive. We strive to offer fair and competitive pricing, however we understand that perceptions can vary.
How the gap payment varies is according to the level of cover you pay for your membership. So the higher the cover the less out of pocket you will need to pay. Speak to your health fund provider they can provide you with a competitive alternative solution.
We are normally known for our exceptional team effort and efficiency in attending to all out clients needs. On this day our records reflect that your daughters appointment needed extra care- extra time. So the allotted time of 30 min with the female staff exceeded by a further 30 min with our male staff- this was to ensure extra attention was provided to correcting her exercise technique.
The female staff enjoyed seeing you again after some time and extends her regret that you left feeling this way.
The team would like to wish your daughter all the best and good health in her future endeavors. If we can assist you or your family members in any way in the future we are more than happy to do so.
Fantastic experience: 16 years and still working on all the advice and exercises. Thank you for your help. The team is always caring and particular to attention.
