Fantastic experience: Having a toddler and a baby, constantly picking them up, bending over, and juggling them in my arms while trying to get things done has really taken a toll on my neck, shoulders and back. I recently went to see Chris with unbearable shoulder pain, and after just two sessions, I felt like a completely different person. I was amazed to be completely pain-free again! Chris also took the time to show me exercises to strengthen my shoulders and back, helping me build strength for all those future “mum tasks”! Fantastic experience: After the first session everything made sense with my injury. Chris takes his time to understand and listen to you. There’s no rushing the process other than proper guidance and adjusting and working out how and why we got to this injury in the first place. He will go through step by step manoeuvring through bad habits such as form but will always be able to give you the correct tools to build your confidence up. Getting back to function post surgery was hard mentally and physically but I’ve been doing a structured program with them and I must say it is working. Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Regen Health Clinic in Caringbah and the difference compared to other physios I’ve seen is obvious. The facilities alone are unlike anything I’ve experienced in a physio clinic before from the ice bath to the sauna and the overall setup, everything is designed to support real recovery, not just short appointments. What truly sets Regen apart is Chris, the owner and operator. His knowledge goes well beyond a traditional physio approach. He doesn’t just treat symptoms he took the time to identify the root cause of my issue and build treatment around that. He also offers a wide range of services, all working together rather than feeling piecemeal. This is the only physio I’ve been to where the relief has been long-lasting. Past experiences always felt like temporary fixes. Here, the progress feels genuine and sustainable.

Fantastic experience: I have recently started seeing Chris at Regen Health with some aches and pains after introducing more running into my weekly rotation after signing up to a Half Marathon. Turns out running is complicated!! Not only was Chris able to identify & treat the effected areas and provide a manageable program to follow at home, I am also working closely with him for my Marathon prep as he is extremely knowledgeable (and realistic) in his approach to providing guidance in this area. I can’t recommend Chris and his facilities highly enough!

Fantastic experience: Would highly recommend Regen Health. Chris took the time to go through everything, explained what was going on and how it linked to my training, and I left with a clear plan that was going to improve and assist with my training. The space is also great, it was really helpful to actually use some of the equipment and resources there to further help with specific exercises, activation and technique so I knew exactly what to do back at the gym.

He’s very personable and Chris even spent some extra time at the end of the session answering an additional question on how I could improve aspects of my training, again this was very thorough, detailed and he went above and beyond. Having visited physios for the past 15+ years in the UK & Australia, Chris is one of, if not the best physio I have ever seen.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had chronic hip pain for a few years now, I was seeing multiple Physio’s and getting regular massages however it was only temporary relief and nothing fixed the issue. Until I started seeing Chris. He identified my injury straight away and after a few sessions the pain was gone. He managed to fit me in for an Initial consultation asap and soon after had me on the recovery bed. He managed to diagnose my issue, work out a full recovery plan and get me moving again within 1 session.
