Fantastic experience: Kylie-Anne has been an amazing physio helping me with massaging and providing exercises for a problem hip. I’ve been able to reduce the pain and manage any tightness beyond our sessions and have loved her friendly care and support through my journey.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Rian and Ben at Take Control for recovery and strength conditioning. I had a meniscus and ACL reconstruction and worked with them on my recovery through customised physio, pilates and strengthening classes. They are empathetic, genuine, caring and go above and beyond for their clients, and tell a few jokes along the way. Enjoyable and rewarding classes of four, the sessions are fantastic and I would highly recommend. My knee surgeon is very impressed with my speedy recovery.

Fantastic experience: Kylie-Anne is the first physio to make a difference in my pain and daily management of it. She and everyone at Take Control actually cares about you and wants you to get better. The physio app included comes with videos of stretches and the techniques they use are above anything I’ve experienced elsewhere where you may just get a heat pack shoved on you for $100/hour. Fantastic experience: Absolutely wonderful team of professionals who have a lot of knowledge and empathy for their patients. I honestly would not be walking if it wasn't for this team. They worked out what was going on with my body which many Drs & Physios prior couldn't. I would previously be dismissed & discarded by many medical professionals due to the nature of my injury & medical issues. This clinic not just undertook general physio or complex issues but also had a women's health professional. Mitch is a phenomenonal physio & pilates instructor who has helped me over a number of years. This clinic has literally given my life back to me. Trish took me on many years ago & got me into all the right people. Jacob & Ben are also incredible physios who are patient & understanding. Maria is always so kind and friendly which makes this feel like a supportive family. Thank you, Take Control.

Fantastic experience: What a relief it has been to finally find someone who really understands how to get me out of pain and back on track. After seeing over a dozen chiropractors and other physiotherapist for 20 years, no one provided a solution to stay out of pain and gain better mobility more than Mitchell and the team at Take Control. Fantastic experience: Since being referred to this clinic in May 2022 I've been nothing but happy with the care I've received! The knowledge Trish has is amazing and its great to see her teaching the junior staff. Technology devices to measure muscle engagement and strength were utilised during my treatment in which I've not seen at other clinics. My primary physio is Bek and I have to say she's a world of knowledge, her assessments are extensive and thorough. I've been seeing physiotherapists for a decade now on and off and l have to say for a physiotherapist in her early career I'm really impressed. She goes above and beyond to help her patients which separates a great practitioner from the average. She's empathetic, professional and frankly just a cool person. The clinics front desk receptionist Maria is a lovely woman, making you feel right at home. The clinic has great facilities with a pilates gym and weights. I also saw a woman's health physio for pelvic floor investigations and have learnt plenty. Bek and Trish got me to a point where I am not a regular client and only come back as required. I would highly highly recommend to anyone needing physiotherapy, I went from not being able to walk due to severe pain to weightlifting and the gym with big goals.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Jacob for some time about various issues some of which are chronic. He has treated me diligently and guided me through the exercises that have vastly increased my mobility and managed my pain. There is no doubt Jacobs treatment has delayed the need for surgery for which I am eternally grateful. I am relocating and fear I won't be able to find a service that matches the Tale Control team.

Especially recommend Jacob he helped relieve pregnancy related aches and pains. As well as improve my mobility, making for a much smoother pregnancy and labour.

Fantastic experience: Easily the best Physio I’ve encountered. After a serious injury, I was left feeling like I had to “deal with it” and suffered ongoing pain and loss of mobility and saw countless doctors/physios/surgeons to fix or manage it. My Physio Jacob was not only able to fix the injury I needed fixed but also gave me ways to manage pain daily. The treatment he provided was tailored to suit me and my lifestyle and to ensure I could still partake in activities. He provided wholistic treatment which has changed my quality of life, and has allowed me the freedom to do basic tasks I couldn’t before, and to get back to sports. He has excellent knowledge surpassing any medical professional I’ve encountered previously and was able to give me stretches, exercises and tips which I still continue to use frequently should I experience pain. Practice staff are always friendly, professional and management should pride themselves on building a team of such wonderful people. Treatment rooms are always clean and tidy. I can’t thank Jacob & the team at Take Control enough, no words will ever express my gratitude.

Negative experience: Had a horrible experience! Very culturally insensitive. Never did any of the exercises and the physio kept saying how I was improving because of them (despite not doing them). Very expensive and poor resources

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Take Control Physio. Classes are small, and each person has a specific plan at each session. It's like having your own personal trainer, and you know your exercises are safe because you're working with experienced physios. The equipment they use helps to make the most out of your workouts, and you're guided in good technique. I highly recommend checking it out!

Fantastic experience: If I could give them 10 out of 5 I would! I've been seeing Trish and Mitch at Active Rehab for the past two years and have noticed a huge improvement in my chronic back pain which I've had for about 12 years. I'd seen numerous physios, chiros, osteos, specialists etc over the years with no noticable improvement but Trish was the first person to really understand what was going on with my body. I'm now doing pilates classes run by the physios weekly and am going from strength to strength. I can't recommend Active Physio enough - I'm so glad I found them!

Fantastic experience: I have been going here for a number of years. I have had a number of the different staff treat me for injuries in the past and each are knowledgeable and professional. For me as a dancer, I was given exercises and treatment suited to my physical exercise. They go beyond just the visits with the ability to contact the physiotherapists via email if there are any issues prior to our next appointment. Even now that I have moved further away, I intend to continue to visit them if I ever have an injury requiring help. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good physiotherapist.
