Fantastic experience: I saw Stefan with an inflamed miniscus. He assessed the knee and made sure to discuss previous knee problems. I was given a great set of exercises to do which have made walking downstairs much easier. Stefan also strapped the knee and tested it on the stairs. Very thorough and helpful.

As both, physiotherapists and Pilates instructors, they bring an incredible depth of knowledge, professionalism, and highly personalised care to every session. I have been receiving treatments from Divya for over ten years and she has, using a combination of hands-on therapy and dry needling, helped me immensely with my chronic neck condition. Taruna has designed a targeted Pilates exercise program for me to improve my strength, mobility, and overall well-being. This program is reviewed and redesigned on a regular basis and it has helped me tremendously. I don’t think I can function without these sessions! And now there is Stefan with his magic hands. Fantastic experience: I experienced a C6/C7 neck disc tear, and the gel from the disc intruded so severely that it consistently pressed on the nerve extending down my left arm. This resulted in partial immobility, making it impossible for me to drive and turning even simple household chores into challenging tasks due to the excruciating nerve pain. My general practitioner advised me that the condition was irreversible and suggested either regular steroid injections or surgery as long-term options. However, I was unconvinced by these recommendations and sought a more natural treatment approach. I took a month off from work and went to Healthdynamics to explore my options. There, I received a detailed personalised program that included physiotherapy and multiple home exercises each day. I began to notice significant improvement. Despite my disc condition, I was able to strengthen my muscles through regular physiotherapy, and the prescribed exercises created more space between the disc and the nerve, reducing pinching. With consistent pain management exercises, I feel like a completely different person, experiencing a pleasant outcome that I never imagined was possible. I first visited her during my pregnancy in 2016, and since then, she has been my go-to physiotherapist. Even after moving to a different suburb about 30 minutes away, I still prefer seeing Divya—there’s just no comparison! Recently, I had an accident during yoga that left me unable to sit up or walk, and once again, Divya worked her magic. I always joke that she’s an angel because she somehow makes everything work like magic! But it’s not just Divya—her staff are also absolutely amazing! Fantastic experience: I have been having a physio treatment for my frozen shoulder with Sweta for nearly 3 months and now I have full range of movement and no longer suffering from pain. I do not need surgery or any injection, the physio treatment provided by Sweta is enough to improve my range of movement. Now I can do my daily activities without restrictions and pain free. I highly recommend Sweta as a physio, she provides excellent service and very effective treatment.

Fantastic experience: I have been visiting health dynamix for about 6 months now. I have been seeing Shweta and the whole time she has been nothing but perfect. I work a very labour intensive job and am also very physical and always have different injuries and Shweta has been able to fix every one of them. Fantastic experience: I met Vicky when I come to Health Dynamix for the physio exercises during my second trimester pregnancy. Vicky provided me an exercise program which is suitable for me and I come to do the exercises regularly. During lockdown, I stopped the exercises for a few weeks, and started to have back and leg pain. Then Vicky did some treatment for me and I also returned back to exercises. These gave the pain relief effectively. She also adjusted my program as my bump getting bigger. I am very happy that I don’t have back pain since then. People also said my movement is so flexible even when I am 37 weeks pregnant with a big bump. Thank you very much to Vicky for your patience and professional service.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommended Physio - Choco I had my inner knee pain recently related to stiff sit bone pain which experienced years. Choco is knowledgeable with acupuncture needle technique, passionate and easy to talk. She listened and spent time not only dealing with physical symptoms but provide recommendations of product treatment which I feel benefits for the long term. She guided me through a series of progressively daily exercise. Now my knee and sit bone pain had much improved. I'm grateful for her help and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.
