Fantastic experience: Friendly staff and easily accessible

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing a physio there for about 6 months for chronic problems with muscles and their treatment has been fantastic. My physiotherapy plan has included hydro, massage, exercise plans and my new favourite, dry needling to help with muscle tightness.... I highly recommend the great physios who work there.

Fantastic experience: My son has been seeing Nim for around 6 months and she has been absolutely fantastic!! Initially, we saw her due to a sports injury and immediately I knew my son was in good hands. She took the time to understand the injury and within a few weeks of treatment my son was back out on the field. We will continue to see Nim for ongoing regular adjustments, as we feel very well taken care of. Highly recommend Nim and the team at Croydon Sports Injury & Spinal Clinic!!!

Fantastic experience: I managed to get a referral to Croydon Sports injury clinic for a chronic injury plan after suffering ongoing calf pain for some 3 years. I had tried various osteopathy and physio options over the years with no success. Nothing showed up on ultrasound or x ray, my MD kept telling me that time would fix the issue Nim @ Croydon Sports diagnosed the issue in our first session, embarking on dry needling and specific exercise which resulted in immediate relief. Ongoing treatment has alleviated most of the pain and allowed me to move freely and comfortably I have no hesitation in recommending Croydon Sports Injury Clinic and in particular Nim, they provide a professional and personal service.

Positive experience: I was considering hyaluronic acid treatment for my knees prior the physiotherapy. It turn out, my patients got kind of loose and pushing on the joint, caused inflammation and consequently pain. Just tapping those up and a bid of exercise wiped my knee problems to past. I've seen many physio's for an enduring issue I had, and after one session with him, he was able to see things from a different perspective and worked it out! The approach he applied gave me the ability to return back to running and walk longer distances. Changed my life

Fantastic experience: Was referred by my GP to see Nim after 10 days of severe shoulder pain and numbness in my arm. Nim made me feel very comfortable, asked questions to pinpoint exactly what was going on, and treated accordingly. She really understands which areas to treat for maximum results and I started to improve straight away. Skip over old, past reviews and book in with Nim.

I cannot recommend him highly enough, from the moment I walked in to the clinic, I treated in a warm manner and in a very professional atmosphere. Patricks expertise in physiotherapy is truly. impressive, he always takes the time to explain what he is doing. What stood out the most is Patrick's ability to explain complex concepts in a way that is easy to understand. He is honestly the best physiotherapist, I can think of. Fantastic experience: I just want to complement all the staff at the Croydon Sports Clinic for their excellent, first class service. It starts with Amy the receptionist who is the first person to have contact with the customers. She is obliging, informative and always ready to help: not only the customers but also, I’ve noticed, the physiotherapists. Pat is the greatest physiotherapist and has helped me enormously with my sciatica in the right leg due to my 50 years as a Medical Imaging Technologist. So long as Amy and Pat are there, I too will be there. Cheers Trish Zicari

Negative experience: I went to this clinic to have Physio , I came out with 7 Fractured ribs, Stay away from this So called clinic, After 2 years I am still recovering , And I was perfectly Healthy before walking in their door,

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff and great service, highly recommended!

Negative experience: I was told an hour prior to my appointment that reception scheduled the appointment in error, and my Myotherapist was actually on planned leave. I was advised somebody would call me to reschedule; nobody called. Very disappointing.

Positive experience: I saw David at the Clinic lovely guy, very friendly, telling me about his family and his footy team, retirement, in between walking in and out of the room, but I felt he had bitten off more than he can chew the first appointment was chaos, he was trying to treat too many patients by himself at once. There was at least four patients in different rooms, and he was going from room to room, then when I returned three days later, for the second appointment, I realised this seems to be common practice, he had taken on a lot of patients at once and was going from room to room again he was apologetic, but it seems to be common practice.

Negative experience: I have a really uncomfortable neck and shoulder issue. So I went for a 30 min myotherapist treatment. I can tell my therapist have good skill but somehow he seems not interesting to focus on the treatment but chatting. I felt regret to chat back because my problem has not solved. I asked for bit more pressure but it ended like a relaxation and my pain is probably only drop like 5% and come back in 15min. I felt very sad and disappointed because i felt this 30 min is a bit waste of the time.

Fantastic experience: Patrick my physiotherapist has always been able to relieve my back pain and return me to work safely after a few visits. Highly recommend him .The staff are all friendly and welcoming Thankyou

Negative experience: I saw David at Croydon Sports Injury & Spinal Clinic and overall had a very negative experience that left me upset and in more pain than I have been in days. David did not fully explain the procedure he wanted to preform for my lower back pain before he put the machine on my body and turned it on, causing me a lot of anxiety not fully knowing what to expect from this treatment. After this David left the room for approximately 25 minutes with no explanation of when he would be back or what to do if the treatment became too painful. He just left the room and I didn’t know when to expect him back which left me feeling again, quite anxious with a machine on me that I didn’t fully understand and nobody there to monitor the treatment. After David finally came back into the room he took the machine off and said he wanted to ‘open up the joint in my lower back’ which I asked him if he was going to crack my back because that’s not something that I wanted, which he answered that he wasn’t going to crack my back but was just going to stretch it out which I agreed to. But instead of stretching my lower back he put pressure on a particular point on my hip that caused a crack and was not a stretch at all. Overall I felt extremely uncomfortable leaving this appointment and very disappointed that I wasn’t fully informed of what treatment he wanted to provide before actually starting, and then to leave the room and not even ensure I was okay throughout the treatment, in my eyes as a health professional is inexcusable. Post this appointment I sent the clinic an email outlining how I had a very negative experience and stated that I was left in more pain than I had been in two weeks and was very upset with how I was treated, and I never received a reply. Overall, I would not recommend going to this clinic, beside the poor treatment I was given, the clinic is very old and not very clean.

Negative experience: The “physio” David is not actually a physio and will try to scam you. Do not recommend

Fantastic experience: Following major foot surgery seven and a half months ago, I had physio for the next six months with Emma Wallace. Her knowledge and experience in treating post surgery patients gave me great confidence in her. Emma's physio treatment and advice were excellent, as were the rehab exercises she gave me. She was very caring and patient, and I would definitely recommend her to others.

Negative experience: Booked an appointment with a physio, but not knowing I ended up with a chiropractor. Also waited 2 hours to be seen for only 10mins. Nothing was done except told to get a MRI. wasent happy and have gone elsewhere
