Fantastic experience: The whole team at Elevation One are super knowledgeable, friendly, and every time I've come in with a new sports injury I've walked away educated and with ample tools for successful rehab. Not only that - the practice has helped me with injury prevention; physio Kim's encouragement and expertise in weight/strength-training (something I never pictured myself doing previously) has got me hooked and stronger than I've ever been! :)

Fantastic experience: Kim was the best physio I've had hands down. She was very professional and flexible to my needs, especially when I wasn't up for some exercises. Additionally, she was very lovely to chat with and made my experience a very positive one. Previously, I did not enjoy much physical activity, but Kim really helped me see the positives. She has also given me easy but effective exercises I can do on my own, which my other physios have not done. Overall, the best physio I've been to.

Fantastic experience: Great, great service. From being in the reception and a customer coming in flustered and staff helping calm and support her. To Phil who's been my physio for the past 10 years. Phil is great and always explain things to your level. If its just basic knowledge or you need to know more details he'll continue to help explain in different ways to help you. Tests that help you clearly see where your struggles are. Helpful emails after your meeting with tailored training and more detailed information of everything discussed. They aren't the closest to me but I'd always travel for this service!

Fantastic experience: Saw Kim for an tendinopathy injury that wasn’t getting better for about 9 months, either by other Physios (other centres that had misdiagnosed) or rest. Kim quickly diagnosed the issue and after discussing health goals we structured and implemented a rehabilitation plan, which was successful. Now pain free and so thankful came across Elevation One Physiotherapy!

Fantastic experience: Found this physio centre through the Google reviews. This place is the best I have visited. Kim is so caring and professional with a thorough knowledge of my knee issue. My knee problem has been fixed with 3 sessions and Kim also provided a long term plan to strengthen my knee . A very reasonable price and does not over-treatment. Highly recommend this place. Phil is also a very nice and pleasant too.

Fantastic experience: I've been to a few physios and Phil is truly the best by a long shot. I never feel robbed like with other places. He doesn't push you to see him frequently, only as required. Totally fixed my back issues and then created a full proof long term plan to strengthen every aspect of my body. Must also mention he is very reasonably priced.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful, modern and clean practice. I highly recommend Kim and cannot thank her enough for her work rehabilitating my dislocated elbow. I was told by my surgeon my elbow would likely never be straightened again. With Kim’s help, knowledge and thorough rehab plan I’ve walked away today with a straight arm. They have treated the injuries in the short term and then provided longer term exercises and movements to ensure we can keep moving along. Couldn’t recommend them higher.
