Fantastic experience: I’ve had a very positive experience with Keegan Bow. He is very professional, knowledgeable and genuinely cares about my recovery. I came to Keegan for treatment for Bell’s palsy, and his approach was completely different from anything I had experienced or thought about before. At each appointment, he takes photos of my facial movements so we can keep track of my progress and compare the changes over time. During the treatment, he massages different areas of my face and regularly asks how I’m feeling and responding. After each session, he gives me exercises to do at home, with detailed drawings and written instructions, which makes them very easy to follow. I have noticed improvement in my face after each appointment, and I feel the treatment and home exercises have really helped my recovery. I really appreciate Keegan’s care, patience and professional approach, and would highly recommend him to anyone needing neurological therapy.

Fantastic experience: Great professional neurological physio for my bells palsy. I've had it for 30 years and wish it was around when I first contracted the Ramsey Hunt syndrome causing my palsy. I have had quite obvious changes that I see that allow greater symmetry in my face and a better smile. It's not 100% better as it won't be having had it for so many years. However,I feel so much better in myself seeing the changes in my face and smile ,but the exercises must be done given by the health professional. Keegan has been exceptional with his approach ,explanations , demonstrations and allows for all questions and any concerns to be asked . I highly recommend Keegan and the Klint neurophysio service.

Fantastic experience: I have Bells Palsy and after no signs of recovery, I reached out to Keegan who had rave reviews from others. Keegan has helped my exercise routine and to target certain nerves showing slight activity. He is super efficient, friendly and knows every muscle and nerve in your face. Whilst my recovery is proving stubborn at the 4 month mark. I have full confidence that the degree of my recovery will be maximised under Keegan's guidance. Additionally the reception staff at Forest Hill are also so friendly. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: My experience with Klint Neuro and especially with my therapist Keegan Bow was exceptional - his manner was delightful and I felt as though he genuinely had my best interests at the fore. He was very professional and was able to get me improvements that I didn't expect. It is rare to find someone who has the right social skills in the medical environment - usually they talk at you but Keegan was a fabulous listener and turned that into successful outcomes for me - thank you to Keegan and the team that supported him so successfully.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Klint by my exercise physiology team for management of a Spinal Cord Injury and was quite hesitant due to a couple of pretty bad experiences with prior Physio's elsewhere. I am so relieved to say that the staff at the clinic have been kind and supportive and are really lovely. My physio Shona specifically has renewed my faith in Physio's altogether though. She has been so knowledgable, supportive, skilled and passionate and makes an experience that isn't really great (having to get treatment/do exercises for something that has happened to you) into something I look forward to each week. Shona has fulfilled so much more than I was looking for in only around a month of seeing her and I honestly am so thankful to call her a part of my care team now. It's often quite hard to find people that genuinely care and want to assist you to make positive change in your life. I cannot recommend Klint or Shona highly enough for anyone looking for or to change Physio's.

Fantastic experience: My daughter has been seeing neurophysiotherapist, Daina at Klint for 6 months. Daina has a friendly, warm, welcoming, creative and patient approach that assists greatly in motivating my daughter to attend to her physio needs. This is not an easy task as my daughter dislikes physical activity, but Daina seems to be overcoming that resistance by developing a very positive and innovative program. Daina has also worked extensively to develop an NDIS proposal that shows professionalism, accountability and detail in its' content, aligning needs, goals and hopeful improvement in my daughter's physical wellbeing and health. We are ever so grateful for finding Daina and Klint!

Fantastic experience: Our daughter has been struggling to find support after being diagnosed with FND. After discovering Klint Nuro and especially meeting Shona Bischof we now understand her diagnosis and have a plan to work towards recovery. My daughter would not be still attending school if it was not for the care and support Shona has given us. What also makes Klint so amazing is they offer telehealth. We live 2 hours from the city and find it hard to travel so much with her illness. Its great that we can get the support we need via the internet. Highly recommend we would be lost with out them.

Fantastic experience: At the end of a long stint in hospital during 2022 I was discharged with NDIS support. After a woeful experience with another provider my hospital rehab physiotherapist recommended Klint to lead my therapy and cater specifically to my needs. I honestly haven’t looked back. My initial enquiry was answered quickly by friendly staff, Sophia and Yii have been outstanding physiotherapists and my program is exactly what I need. Positive experience: Lewis who is my physio, and Sean who is my AHA; are young men interested in achieving the best outcome for me with my health. Whilst working hard with them, we are able to have some laughs together. At the same time, they do listen when I am not up to working so hard. I have attended Klint at Forest Hill, for more than two years on a regular basis twice a week. There is no doubt, that I have had benefit from my time at Klint. My condition, which is a late onset once, causes decline in co-ordination etc. Not only do I understand the important of my hard work at Klint, but both family and friends have observed improvement in my movement. Positive experience: I was treated well by all people I came into contact with. Especially my therapist. Only a small problem with my payment which was sorted out. My main problem when I attended Klint was my back which seemed to be somehow made worse by my Parkinson's disease. The exercises I was given were not too hard and Klint and Nisuri were there for any questions I had . or problems. There was also no hard and fast rules for me to come to Klint any set days or times which was good as I like to attend dancing and singing with other sufferers with PD. Thanks

Fantastic experience: Have been working with Nisuri for 5 months following a stroke and left side deficit. My goal is to regain functional use of my arm, hand and leg. I have seen improvement in both . Nisuri has challenged me and is very encouraging. I have exercises to do at home and combined with the sessions with Nisuri, as well as the hydro program she set up for me, I feel that one day I could walk again. I look forward to our sessions and I feel Nisuri and I are working well together towards achieving my goals.

Fantastic experience: I have had long standing Bells Palsy/facial paralysis for 2 years with very little improvement and three specialists telling me it would not improve. However thanks to Keegan's facial exercises via Telehealth for 4 months my speech has improved, eating is easier and my cheek area is more toned.
