Fantastic experience: Excellent the staff are amazing and go that bit extra for you to achieve your goals. Highly recommend spinal fit classes. They have unlocked years of aches and pains and taught me how to use my core correctly. After 67 years you would think I would know.

Fantastic experience: We can’t recommend Helen highly enough! Our daughter has been seeing Helen for the past year following a knee injury, and we’ve been so impressed with the care, knowledge and support she has received. Helen took the time to understand her injury, and has been working with her through her recovery. Both my husband and I now see Helen as well. She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional and genuinely cares about her patients. She takes the time to listen, explain everything clearly and tailor the treatment to each individual. It’s rare to find someone you completely trust with your family’s health, and Helen is exactly that. We’re extremely grateful for all her help and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an excellent physiotherapist.

Fantastic experience: I really liked the service and staff

Fantastic experience: Keira is very friendly and thorough in her knowledge. Lower back has been treated effectively.

Fantastic experience: I’ve played and participated in numerous sports and activities, and because of that, I’ve had my fair share of injuries, pain, and niggles. I had been seeing a physio weekly for a long time to give my body the best chance to thrive with my lifestyle. When the physio I was seeing moved to a new area, I needed to find someone I could trust. I couldn’t be happier to have been referred to Elli at this practice. Her expertise, knowledge, and the time she took to understand my injury history, along with the clear plan she created to get me back to my best, have been nothing short of amazing. Highly recommend this practice!

Fantastic experience: What a great physio! They have really understood my hip issue and treated it more specifically than the place I went to, and realigned my hip. The staff are great to talk with and are honest about recovery.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Eli for over a year and she has really helped with my long term lower back pain. I have recently completed the Spinalfit 8 week program with Charlotte. This was an excellent small group program. I am able to access each session since finishing the classes so I can continue doing the exercises regularly at home. I highly recommend The Physio Rehab and Health Clinic.

Fantastic experience: I am so happy I was referred to Elli and her team. I had seen 5 different therapists and none of them understood my condition or knew how to treat it. I am now finally on the road to recovery . Elli and her team are not only knowledgeable and professional but , more importantly, they are compassionate, caring and encouraging. I feel very blessed to be in their care and if I could give them 10 stars I would !

Fantastic experience: I’m so incredibly grateful to be on board with Elli and her wonderful team at The Physio Rehab & Health Clinic Carlton. From the moment I walked in, Elli took the time to truly listen, understand my body, and guide me gently back from injury with such care and expertise. What means the most to me is her success in helping my daughter with her mysterious rib pain — something many had tried to treat without answers. We are beyond thankful for Elli’s patience, knowledge, and compassion. The whole team is so kind, friendly, and supportive — it really feels like a family. Couldn’t recommend them more highly!

Fantastic experience: The absolute best physiotherapy practice I have been to. From making an appointment with Nikki to getting treated with Elli, Helen or Keira you can't go wrong. They take the time to diagnose you, treat you to improve your quality of life. Fantastic experience: Always professional and caring. The physiotherapists are well trained in spinal physio that promotes recovery. I have a 2 level Pro disc replacement in my spine now 22 years old. I am 70 years old this year and am still very active and a lot has to do with Ellie and Helen taking care of me. (my prognosis all those years ago was a wheelchair for the rest of my life before the 2 level disc replacement). These days I ride a MTB bike I swim and enjoy walking as well as gym work. I am proud to recommend this Business.

Positive experience: I went to The Physiotherapy Studio with a frozen shoulder. The massage treatment was done manually by hand and not by machines. I was then sent home with exercise plan and a stretch band I have seen great improvement in my shoulder and arm moving range. Icant thank Elli and her staff enough for their help

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Physiotherapy Studio. Elli is professional, caring and incredibly knowledgeable and has been able to diagnose and treat my issues in a timely and wholistic manner, which other physio's I have been to have not been able to do.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend. The staff are knowledgable and take time to explain how to support recovery with specific exercises for the home. I travel an hour round trip for exceptional treatment.

Positive experience: Quality service. I have gained control and have been pain free for months

Fantastic experience: I can honestly say with hand on heart that Elli is the best physiotherapist around. Her compassion and care is above and beyond. When it comes to complex matters, Elli is certainly a physiotherapist you don't want to overlook. Her knowledge is phenomenal, her treatments work as she treats each person according to their needs rather then a one only approach that many other physiotherapists tend to do. Elli is truly gifted. I have followed Elli from Randwick to Oatley and now Ramsgate. She has helped me greatly in not only to improve but to also overcome the problems I had. I highly recommend her.

Fantastic experience: The Physiotherapy Studio is a friendly and welcoming environment. Even re importantly though, their physio Elli is amazingly thorough and knowledgeable in her treatment. After having seen a few chiropractors and physios over the years Elli is the one I'd go back to and recommend to others. No other has been able to understand, take the time and treat my body's issues the way she has. Book an appointment - you won't be disappointed!

Fantastic experience: Nothing but a positive experience! Elli demonstrates her expertise and knowledge in a most caring and patient manner. It is not just a physiotherapy session but is educational and instructional aimed at achieving improved health and strength by understanding the patient's needs and appropriating suitable exercises in a relaxed and happy environment. Would gladly recommend Elli as an outstanding professional in quality physiotherapy and rehabilitation.
