I was struggling with this injury for 5 weeks, and within one week of treatment I was feeling much better. After the second treatment I’m almost back to normal. I Highly recommend Christian.

I've had serious Neck and Shoulder injury and the the knowledge and treatment plans that Christian has put in place has got me close to 100% again. I can't speak highly enough of his professionalism. His knowledge is on another level and he has a very caring nature about him. Fantastic experience: Christian is professional and very friendly. I booked to see him 2 weeks before my half marathon with a bad right knee. After a couple of sessions of dry needling, rehab and guidance, I completed my half marathon pain-free and with a new PB. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Our father who has Parkinson’s disease recently suffered 2 brain bleeds and spent 2 months in hospital. He was discharged home and told that because of the injury to his brain, he was not a candidate for rehabilitation and was basically bed ridden. We had to use a hoist to move dad around as he was told he most likely would never walk again. Christian from One Stop Physio was willing to give dad a chance and started physiotherapy with him as soon as dad came home. Within weeks , Christian had helped dad progress to standing and walking with the aid of a walker and assistance. This has changed dad’s life and our lives as it has also made caring for dad much easier. We no longer need a hoist to move dad around but can now use a Sara steady which has made the world of difference in the care for dad. We are forever grateful to Christian for giving dad a chance and seeing that glimmer of hope that we had lost. Christian was very knowledgeable and professional. He was always patient with dad, made him laugh and was a great support to our family in our most hardest time. We highly recommend One Stop Physio without doubt.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Christian from one stop physio now for 4 weeks. I went to him after suffering from chronic lower back pain for the last 3years. I had been to another well know physio who mis diagnosed my condition. Upon examination, Christian knew exactly where the pain stemmed from and treated it accordingly. I have much more movement now and free from any discomfort. I find Christian a very professional and friendly physio. He is extremely patient and advises me on the type of treatment he is using. I can honestly recommend Christian.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Christian due to my disability and my ongoing daily pain associated with my many ailments. There are days where the pain is manageable and a session with Christian takes that twitch away to other times when I would have to see him twice in a week due to the agony and inability to move due to the pain. Christian is very good and knows where my general area's of pain are and will work on them to help me. I can honestly say that Christian is extremely well versed and knows a lot. He has showed me picture's, explained on skeleton's exact locations of my pain and has shown me and given me exercises on how to alleviate them at home. Christian is very professional and experienced in his job and has shown me nothing but respect, kindness and knowledge. I would recommend Christian and OneStop Physio to anybody that was in pain or suffering an injury.
